Conclusion
Moderate-certainty evidence finds that large reductions in COVID-19 deaths are possible using ivermectin. Using ivermectin early in the clinical course may reduce numbers progressing to severe disease. The apparent safety and low cost suggest that ivermectin is likely to have a significant impact on the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic globally.

How many more of these do we need? One thing I remember vividly from a year spent in a totalitarian state is it is boring, closed-minded, and can be very nasty at the interpersonal level because no one has a meta-perspective on anything. Many people looked and acted crazy because they had had to repeatedly and constantly adjust to whatever madness the state was promulgating at the moment. To me, it often looked like their heads or brains were on a swivel making their eyes appear dizzy and always distracted. I also saw many faces of people who had clearly been persecuted. ABN
