Two things often left out in vaccine death and injury reports: 1) for one death found by a coroner to be vaccine-caused, many more are not noticed or not recorded; and 2) micro-clotting, autoimmune problems, atypical cell death and more are chronic conditions that can begin with the vaccine and may continue worsening silently for years.
