Fill empty spray bottle with diluted Betadine mixture.
You can purchase already diluted Betadine (1% povidone iodine)
Tip out half nasal spray bottle and fill with Betadine Sore Throat Gargle
Use mouth full of mixture (15ml) & gargle 30 seconds
More expensive but simple
Make sure you buy nasal spray bottle that unscrews
Or tip out half the nasal spray bottle and fill with 3% hydrogen peroxide if iodine is not tolerated
