Shows our “elite” and Biden’s handlers are incompetent

Incompetent or deeply evil. I am leaning toward a bunch of incompetent groups at the top instead of one super-intelligent, evil one. Could be either or both, but the past few years seem to indicate incompetent, out of touch, greedy people making mistake after mistake. ABN
