This meme appeared over two years ago. Besides pointing out how bad government sanctioned and enforced speech was (and is), it illustrates how good the censored speech of all of the doctors and scientists who spoke the truth was. The worst misinformation and disinformation all came from the government! And what little misinformation there was not produced by governments was quickly weeded out and discarded along with the government misinformation. The main counterargument to government disinformation on covid saved hundreds of thousands of lives nationally and millions globally. It is important for all of us to see this and remember—free speech won the covid debate! Free speech did not harm anyone during covid. It saved people. This will always be the case. When government or ADL or anyone else demands that the people must be protected from disinformation, remember the covid example (and also the Ukraine War example, and also WMD in Iraq, and also the real story of Mary Phagan, etc).
