Capacity building means flooding the zone with money and other assets, including humans. ‘Media literacy’ will entail articles, school courses, credentials, and (very dubious) ‘scholars’. This is a well-oiled delusion machine. It both creates and reveals the hierarchy of delusion in our society. Buddhist delusion is not just idiosyncratic stuff in your own mind. Much of it also comes from the minds of our hierarchs and is designed to control the public. ABN
