Geert is saying the same thing as before—that a more deadly and infectious strain of the virus will decimate the vaccinated. The difference this time is he believes this will happen soon. His advice to the vaxxed is start taking antiviral prophylactics now. Don’t wait because the virus will come on very rapidly and vaxxed have zero immunity.
For the unvaxxed, he advises continue to mingle with people to keep your immune system strong and up-to-date. Unvaxxed who are healthy should have no problem with the new strain. I can understand wondering about Geert and maybe paying less attention to him because what he is saying has not happened (yet). But I also admire him for having the courage and integrity to make a prediction based on his experiences with animal herds and sound the alarm as loud as he can.
