This is a true enough schema in general but there is also no doubt the swarm is controlled from within by a small group of top operators and their closest allies who permeate the swarm and the greater society around it. This group is a multigenerational cabal that has infiltrated and taken over the West. Besides mere control and unlimited parasitic wealth, this cabal obviously also hates the West. Members of the swarm who are not cabal are toadies, yes-men, compromised cowards, self-serving doofuses who just wanna YOLO in style.
