Suspicious flash from ground floor window of the building Crooks fired from

UPDATE: The video just below is the most recent, longest, clearest and best version of the video that shows the flashes in the first-floor window of Crooks building. We can see that the flashes follow the barrage of shots that apparently come from the roof, thus greatly lowering the probability that the flash in the window came from a sniper firing from inside the room. The flashes can easily be seen some seconds after the barrage from the roof ends. You do not even need to slow the video to see them. ABN

A flash in a window is visible at 24 seconds in the video below. Enlarge the video and just inch along at the 24 second mark and you will see it:

This is new information that suggests that a second shooter fired from inside the room. A professional sniper would be likely to fire from the back of a room to conceal both sound and muzzle flash from observation. This line of thought is speculative and may prove to be incorrect. ABN
