1. I don’t doubt any of it. I’ve been a believer since Sec Def Cohen publicly announced the technology :

   In 1997, US Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen made a notable statement at the Conference on Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and US Strategy at the University of Georgia. He warned about the potential for “eco-type of terrorism” that could alter the climate, trigger earthquakes, and volcanoes remotely using electromagnetic waves. This hypothetical scenario involves interfering with the Earth’s natural geological processes.
