UPDATE: This shitty little case against Penny is not designed to help blacks or people of color but rather to cow whites, to keep them from helping not only themselves but anyone. Penny was defending a black woman as well as himself and everyone else on the train. The black woman even praised him, calling him ‘a hero’. Prosecuting Penny is a mind-control dramatic event designed to frighten white males and to lower the expectations of white females. That’s all it is. No white heroes allowed. This is a common tactic of the clandestine army that has infiltrated and continuously assaults USA.
