Biden proved USA can operate without a functioning president. USA has been infiltrated and conquered, not so much fallen under foreign influence, though the deep ‘banefulness’ of our condition is as bad or worse. Who is in control of USA? We actually do not know. Is it CIA or whoever controls CIA? Or something else? Some say its an aggregate of groups and forces contending among themselves. I do not usually center comments on questions but the truth is we really do not know who controls the US government. ABN
