For readers who understand FIML, it should at some point become very clear that all people everywhere live mentally inside psycholinguistic cages and have essentially no way to escape except to crawl into yet another psycholinguistic cage.
It is ultimately this massive flaw in human language processing that will lead to societal chaos and civil wars.
The people in Japan opposing the importation of another kind of people trapped in an alien psycholinguistic (and semiotic) cage are right. They may not fully understand why, but they are protecting Japan against the gradual and inevitable annihilation the West is now experiencing.
