See this for the video from which this photo was taken: Does this look like a secured scene, or does it look like they just wrapped up filming a movie set? ABN
UPDATE 9/19: I have learned that the guy removing the camera is Kirk’s videographer and that he has turned the SD card over to the FBI. It’s very probable that guy is the videographer but it’s also probable the FBI will not allow us to view the vid, claim it was lost or damaged, or alter it. As of today, the FBI has not been credible or forthcoming in this investigation. ABN
