I had a call today from a few concerned regulators asking me why intact plasmids1 could pose such a risk now that LNPs are involved and what are the risks to a sequence blind 10ng DNA limit?
I suggested they inquire with a few AI platforms or search PubMed for plasmids that express more toxic peptides than Spike.
If you mandate these shots into your troops and you have a “trust me bro” plan when sequencing is dirt cheap… you have an attack surface that can disable your entire military.
When you give these shots out to your hospital staff 1st, you have an attack surface for your entire country.
It is entirely reckless when citizens are finding Spike expressing plasmids with mammalian origins of replication in the shots. This is cheap to check.
You will note most AI’s will not allow this discussion. Some of the most toxic molecules known to man can be expressed from a LNP/plasmid. I’m not going to list them here but now you know.
