If there is reasonable suspicion about any medicine, and there is about acetaminophen, then do not take it.
There is no need to prove acetaminophen is harmful; it only needs to be shown that it may be harmful.
Acetaminophen has been shown repeatedly to be harmful and even its manufacturer does not recommend it for pregnant women.
Ofc, there will be occasions when it may be better to use acetaminophen than not, but those occasions are not common.
