Do your best. Speak the truth.

Gage’s statements can also be understood as pre-programming aimed at the American people and the world. Scenario: Cabal kills Trump with a bomb that also kills many others or with a surface-to-air missile that also kills everyone on his plane. USA and world will be thrown into a frenzy and easily duped into nuking Iran, which Kamala’s handlers will do promptly. This is the same kind of mind-control we see at the beginning of every war — Pearl Harbor, Tonkin, WMD, NATO push into Ukraine, massive government-sponsored illegal immigration. ABN
…@EricRWeinstein was employed by the UN to produce a document entitled: ‘Migration for the Benefit of All: Towards a New Paradigm of Economic Immigration’ Weinstein was aware of the damage which economic migration was to do to the native populations in places such as the United States and the United Kingdom. In one part of the document he produced for this nefarious United Nations agenda entitled, “Preference for migrants, undercutting of natives”, Weinstein wrote:
“When migrant and native workers of comparable value to an employer are asked to compete, it is to be expected that the employer will take the applicant who costs him/her less. If, however, the respective terms of employment of the native and the migrant workers differ considerably, the employer may develop a preference between otherwise equal candidates. If migrant workers are not permitted to seek alternative work in the host country, then their “company loyalty” is reduced to a matter of law and regulation. In such circumstances, employers know that they will not have to earn migrant worker loyalty with the expenditure of resources that would be needed in the case of native workers. Thus it is to be expected that in systems tethering migrant workers to their employer-sponsors, some migrants will out-compete natives of comparable or greater value simply by virtue of the terms of employment set by the MWP. Since this is precipitated by a rational market response on the part of native employers, this consequence must be seen as a natural, if unfortunate, by-product of direct migrant sponsorship.”

Here is an interesting exercise. Do something small to give your brain a novel (new) perception.
Look at something from a new angle, make a new sound, pinch an unusual part of your body. The idea is to do something small but get a big result.
For example, take a glass and look through it as through a telescope. While doing this, deeply appreciate the newness of the perception. Just give it five or ten seconds.
It is your conscious perception of the newness that gets your brain to respond. Once it does, you can nurse the feeling of newness and have the effect last a long time. Can be repeated as often as you like with any sort of novel perception.
You can also just use any new perception that appears in your world and milk it for the extra stimulation it provides. See example below.
For this exercise, sought novel perceptions should be small and wholesome.
You don’t need to take drugs or jump off a cliff to get very good results. By doing small and wholesome, you teach yourself how to energize your brain quickly and in any situation.
The key to success is to do it consciously and with the intention of stimulating your brain by opening its novel experience mode.
Seeking novel perceptions is wonderful in and of itself and also it may be a good way for people to better understand FIML practice.
FIML practice is designed to disrupt normal autonomous thought processes.
Once they have been disrupted, a new thought process will replace the old—thus providing a novel psychological perception.
Frequent use of FIML remakes individual psychology for the better while also greatly improving relations with your FIML partner.

These are the techniques of communism, whose ‘revolutionary’ leaders similarly employ them to fool the public while grabbing power & money for themselves. Their professed goals are to change both people and society for ‘the greater good’, but that is a ruse. It’s really only about power & money for themselves. ABN
A federal court in California ruled late Tuesday against the Environmental Protection Agency, ordering officials to take action over concerns about potential health risks from currently recommended levels of fluoride in the American drinking water supply.
The ruling by District Court Judge Edward Chen, an appointee of former President Barack Obama, deals a blow to public health groups in the growing debate about whether the benefits of continuing to add fluoride to the water supply outweighs its risks.
Environmental nonprofit Food & Water Watch and a handful of anti-fluoride groups, like the Fluoride Action Network, have been in court for nearly a decade after the EPA denied their petition against local water utilities adding in the mineral.
While Chen was careful to say that his ruling “does not conclude with certainty that fluoridated water is injurious to public health,” he said that evidence of its potential risk was now enough to warrant forcing the EPA to take action.
“In all, there is substantial and scientifically credible evidence establishing that fluoride poses a risk to human health; it is associated with a reduction in the IQ of children and is hazardous at dosages that are far too close to fluoride levels in the drinking water of the United States,” the judge wrote in his ruling.
This study—Neural Correlates of People’s Hypercorrection of Their False Beliefs—supports the contention that FIML practice can produce deep, wide-ranging, and enduring changes within the brain/mind of practitioners.
The basic finding of the study is:
Despite the intuition that strongly held beliefs are particularly difficult to change, the data on error correction indicate that general information errors that people commit with a high degree of belief are especially easy to correct. (Emphasis added.)
According to the study, this happens due to:
…enhanced attention and encoding that results from a metacognitive mismatch between the person’s confidence in their responses and the true answer.
This is exactly what happens when a FIML query shows the questioner that his/her assumptions about what their partner’s thoughts or intentions were wrong.
Initially, FIML partners may experience some embarrassment or disbelief at being wrong. But since FIML queries are generally based on negative impressions, after some practice being shown to be wrong will typically produce feelings of relief and even delight.
A FIML query will generally arise out of a state of “enhanced attention” and usually further increase it by being spoken about. Incidentally, this is probably the most difficult aspect of FIML practice—controlling the emotions that accompany enhanced attention, especially when that attention concerns our own emotional reactions.
With continued practice of FIML, however, even strongly held erroneous interpersonal beliefs will be fairly easily corrected whenever they are discovered during a FIML discussion. Correcting core false beliefs (mistaken interpretations) has a wide-ranging, beneficial effect on all aspects of a person’s life.
Since the hypercorrection effect discussed in the linked study only occurs during moments of enhanced attention, the FIML technique of focusing quickly on good data agreed upon by both partners can be seen as a way of inducing states of enhanced attention that will lead to deep changes in both partners. This technique (using good data) also turns the discussion from one about feelings to one about “information,” which the study finds makes errors “especially easy to correct.”
Furthermore, since FIML practice tends to deal with very small incidents, the enhanced attention FIML induces works like a laser that quickly and painlessly excises erroneous thoughts and feelings while they are still small and have not been allowed to grow into full-blown emotional reactions.

“One of the amendments we are making to the Bill of Rights is to reinforce the right of every Albertan to make their own choices regarding the medical treatments they receive. This includes ensuring that every individual in our province who has the mental capacity to do so will have the right to decide whether or not to receive a vaccination or other medical procedure,” she said. “In recent years, we’ve seen the challenges and hardship that can arise when that right to bodily autonomy is not adequately protected. It is my firm conviction that no Albertan should ever be subjected or pressured into accepting a medical treatment without their full consent.”
The changes also aim to strengthen property rights.
“This is a reaffirmation of your right to own and enjoy the property that you’ve worked so hard for. There will also be an amendment to make clear that in Alberta, we respect the right of individuals to legally acquire, keep and safely use firearms. For many Albertans, firearms are critical to their livelihood and way of life,” Smith continued. “I personally feel that law-abiding firearms owners have been unfairly targeted by our federal government for decades, and it is my hope that these amendments will better protect the rights of our farmers, ranchers, hunters and sports enthusiasts.”
The Premier concluded by saying that the amendments to Alberta’s Bill of Rights are more than legal changes and that, in her view, they reaffirm the province’s core values.
“They are about protecting our rights, our freedoms and our way of life. We are sending a clear message that in Alberta, the rights of individuals are paramount and that government must respect those rights at every turn. As your Premier, it is my duty and my honour to stand up for your rights. I believe deeply in the principles of individual freedom and personal responsibility that have guided and built this province for generations,” she concluded.
…Concern shifts, then, from care of the person, or care of the other, to care for the relational process. From what forms of relationship do we flourish? Here again is a pragmatic question for conversations now in progress.
The pragmatic answer is do FIML. ABN

Women against gun ownership are irrational. Guns are called the ‘great equalizer’ because they allow the physically weak to protect themselves from the physically strong. Gun-control in USA originally started to keep guns out of the hands of blacks, who to this day have by far the highest murder rate in USA. American whites as a group have a lower violent crime rate than Europe. It’s no longer a secret that our ruling cabal hates white people and white culture. We are down but not out. At least learn how to protect yourself and then do it. Even the Dalai Lama supports this position. ABN
Caroline Ellison, a former top executive in Sam Bankman-Fried’s collapsed crypto empire, was sentenced to two years in prison Tuesday — after a judge praised her “remarkable,” damning testimony against her ex-lover at his fraud trial.
The 29-year-old MIT grad held back tears and bowed her head slightly forward after Judge Lewis Kaplan revealed her fate at a hearing in Manhattan federal court.
The judge drew a distinction Tuesday between her and Bankman-Fried, who was sentenced to 25 years in prison after the judge found he did not show any remorse for his crimes.
“While you were gravely culpable in this fraud, there is no doubt that you had remarkable cooperation,” Judge Kaplan said. “That’s a fundamental distinction between you and Mr Bankman-Fried.”
