First things first. It might not be the popular thing to accept, but it is increasingly clear there is no way to get to any form of accountability or legal exposure for Russiagate or the manufacturing of the Trump-Russia collusion narrative, anywhere near former President Barack Obama. The concentric circles of plausible deniability are just too extensive.
Essentially, despite the evidence of the FBI participating in a manufactured investigation predicted on false pretenses, all now supported with hindsight evidence, the fact that key IC officials, namely CIA Director John Brennan, FBI Director James Comey and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, presented the illusion of credible concern, inoculates President Obama from scrutiny.
As the Supreme Court noted, the President is protected from liability for “official acts” of his office. Yes, we all know these officials knew it was a ruse; however, in 2016 the CIA and FBI were presenting the information to Obama and saying the investigative value was potentially plausible. As such, Obama would have been within his official duty to tell the IC officials to chase down the information (continue investigating it).
Then, the January 5th, 2017, meeting documented by the infamous “by the book” Susan Rice memo, further inoculates President Obama for telling the IC officials to follow careful procedures as they continued investigating whether or not the Trump-Russia collusion was a factual concern. All of these elements lead to various tentacles of plausible deniability. No court is going to find criminal action within the decision-making, regardless of how ridiculous it may look in granular hindsight.
Are all the characters guilty of perpetrating a fraud for the expressed intent of a political narrative, yes. Are they criminally liable for it, extremely unlikely.
UPDATE: Central banks are the single greatest control mechanism of human behavior. Their power extends well beyond their relations with other banks. It determines a lot of what happens in your country. And they are not under the control of voters. So its an extrademocratic institution which happens to be the most powerful[~2:04].

The US Federal Reserve is no different; it is also a central bank and was founded at roughly the same time as the Bank of England in order to prepare for WW1.
Moreover, both countries established the income tax at this time. The income tax ‘allows’ government to borrow money from the central banks.
Werner presents the strongest and clearest argument I have heard that central banks start wars and profit from them; and that central banks cause asset bubbles (e.g. real estate, equities) in order to bust small banks and consolidate power.

Best is to listen to the entire interview as Werner provides a great deal of important background with many other insights into money, banking, credit and how to do all of that much better than allow a central bank to have secretive, authoritative control over your country. ABN

The insane level of cope since Sunday’s EU Trade deal announcement has been hilarious to watch… from the US haters who believed their own bullshit about American weakness as well as from the Europhiles who somehow really did think the US needs the EU to prosper.
It seems the counter narrative that has been hastily ginned up is, “This will never pass the EU Parliament…so it’s all bullshit from Trump,” however is the absolute worst.
Because, let’s think this through shall we…
1) Von der Satan just barely passed a vote of No Confidence earlier in the month. She’s already damaged goods.
2) Trump has the goods on EU and UK malfeasance involving the 2016, 2020 and 2022 US elections, and he sent @DNIGabbard over to London before dropping the bombs on them. What was presented is likely a lot bigger than just rigging our elections, think Pfizer shots, biolabs, NGO money laundering in Ukraine and more.
3) If the EU parliament goes against Von der Fuhrer over this deal, then that weakens the EU even further as countries who can get a better deal from Trump individually will do so.
4) Parliament will be a mess as an aftershock. Old coalitions held together through blackmail, arm-twisting, threats to withhold funding, etc. will splinter.
5) Chaos in Brussels will be met with across the board selling of EU debt as the only hope the market has right now is the promise of them spending “trillions” on defense. This is why the DAX is up 21% in 2025, and trading at near all-time-highs both in nominal and valuation terms (P/E ~19).
For these reasons (and more), the whole talking point about parliament is a non-starter. None of the feckless Eurocrats who hold marginal power in that chamber will do anything other than froth at the mouth like @guyverhofstadt.
But, they will always, in the end, vote for more of what got them here.
Now, if you want to talk why this deal may have a silver lining for the EU, it would be this… that Trump used their desperation for 1) a deal, 2) his support for their insane war in Ukraine and 3) to collapse their economy to consolidate power in Brussels to get everything he wanted…
He can then do what he did today, issue a stronger message to Russia to end the conflict on less than perfect terms for them while he guts their biggest threat (the EU) through reversing the capital flow back to the US.
There may still have to be a NATO attempt in Ukraine which will be bloody for everyone if it happens. But it may be the only way for the people in Europe to be shocked out of their complacency.
First Trump crushes their EU leadership, then add in a couple hundred thousand dead in Ukraine… that’ll leave a mark politically.

My understanding is this case is going to be much bigger than what has been revealed so far.

There is a high probability Gabbard is building and revealing this ‘treasonous conspiracy’ case in chronological order.
The conspiracy starts with Obama ordering the fraudulent document.
After the immediate coup during Trump’s first presidency and other malfeasances against Trump, the case will move on to the the fraudulent 2020 election; then to the Bidden puppet regime, most likely controlled by Obama and his co-conspirators.
The case involves legacy media to this day and, in truth, almost certainly foreign governments and intelligence services.

A young mother gave a speech in Zamość that included following sentences

“Some come here to work, but what good is it if someone goes to work in the morning and murders a young girl in the evening? Shameful! That’s why we shouldn’t allow blacks to be brought to our beautiful Zamość, Islamists who will murder us and our children. Down with immigration”
She faces up to three years in prison if convicted
A mass exodus has rocked King Charles’s sprawling Highgrove estate, with 11 of his 12 full-time gardeners resigning in the last year over allegations of a toxic workplace environment.
Exasperated staffers, who claimed they were “overwhelmed and underpaid,” have handed in their resignations after growing increasingly frustrated with the monarch’s “demands,” The Sunday Times reports.
According to the damning new report, among the 11 gardeners who have stepped down are two heads of gardens and a deputy head gardener, all of whom left within the past year.
A recurring complaint was low wages, with insiders claiming that in March 2022, three gardeners earned $11.98 per hour (the minimum wage), whilst two others were on $12.78 per hour.
It’s said that the king issues a myriad of instructions to staffers during his morning walkabout on the estate. He then expects his orders to be completed before his next return.
Staffers claimed that the king sends detailed notes in “thick red ink” to garden staff, with memos that are “strikingly specific and emotional.”
Charles also allegedly corrects grammar and underlines incorrect letters in staff reports, and requires his team to address him as “Your Majesty” at all times.
“There was anger boiling at the surface, very impatient, no politeness at all,” one gardener alleged.
What a jerk. If any of us were the king, we would pay extremely well and treat workers like royalty.
Trump employees all praise him for his generosity and interpersonal considerateness.
A king who cannot even look after of his own workers is a king who can’t do anything right.
When people claim Western elites are a bunch of little shits who have no problem killing and bombing people wherever, while also stealing and taking adrenocrome from babies, while trafficking in sex slaves who are murdered in demonic ceremonies, little stuff like this adds enormous credibility to those charges.
Maybe there is another side to this story, but when it comes out, if it does, I am going to suspect it’s just another lie to protect his misery’s image.

Ratcliffe is part of the IC apparatus that structurally retains the guardrails allowing the IC to exist as the strongest, non statutory, part of our government.
Ratcliffe like Devin Nunes believes in the system. They see the world threat through the prism of the IC system that tells them where, when and why to be fearful. They are not bad men, they just believe the worldview presented because it has always been thus.
But now is not then. Our ‘this’ is no longer ‘thus’. Now we have President Trump, the embodiment of kryptonite to the superstate.
Now it the era when great boldness is needed. Brutal honesty is required. A combination of humility and arrogance is needed. Totally different skillsets.
Ratcliffe (Boomer) believes in the system, but he is simultaneously open to allowing Tulsi (GenX) to do her thing and show him the dangers he doesn’t see.
EXAMPLE: Tulsi took the national intelligence council (NIC) out of the CIA. Tulsi could not do that without Ratcliffe agreement. Now, Ratcliffe is watching her work, seeing what it brings to the surface, seeing a DNI -funnily an office he held- through an entirely new prism.
Ratcliffe operated the DNI in the same way that all prior DNI’s operated it. Tulsi is operating the DNI in a completely different way. I have written about the possibilities of the DNI office, the unknown power when the office was created.
Now I am watching Tulsi Gabbard test my theories in real time, and it is beyond cool.
Again, this response may not make sense to most. You really have to spend too much time understanding the IC system and the silos they operate to ‘get it.’
Ratcliffe did what he thought was possible within the confines of the DNI position. Tulsi is changing the definition of the DNI position, expanding the wings of power it holds, and doing what is possible.
This expanded power was legislatively authorized in the Patriot Act and subsequent creation of the DNI. Her use of it is why the SSCI now want to change the legislation that created the DNI.
This may be why they were trying to get rid of Gabbard a few weeks ago.
This may be coming out now because it will bury the Epstein story.
It also may be that Epstein is connected to the treasonous conspiracy Gabbard is revealing, or his story can be woven into it to display even worse government and elite malfeasance.
If something like that is in the offing, we may see a massive sea change in how the public views government and the criminal gangs which have infested it.
Gabbard is publicly confirming what conspiracy theorists have been saying all along.
She is also stamping this information with the imprimatur of the DNI, no small matter.
Can Bondi handle this? Will she bury it or has this been a part of the administration’s legal plans all along?
Has Trump been ‘mishandling’ the Epstein story as a way of bringing it front and center to the public’s attention?
