A Skeptic’s Guide to the Holocaust

There is hardly any other historical topic, about which as much information and disinformation can be found as about the Holocaust. The topic is huge, as it occurred in thousands of individual events across an entire continent, and lasted almost four years – from mid-1941 to May 1945. Accordingly, scholars specializing in the field have produced large tomes and many multi-volume collections dealing with the various aspects of this event of the past that refuses to pass.

However, for those of us not specializing in Holocaust studies – meaning for almost all of us – the information contained in those volumes and collections is usually too much information. Furthermore, it is commonly presented in a way that is not helpful for us to wrap our heads around it. Where is a concise overview explaining what exactly “the Holocaust” was, and what it was not? What major parts does it consists of? What are the main characteristics of these parts?

To answer such questions, encyclopedias are written. So far, mainstream scholars have produced four encyclopedias on this topic. In September 2023, another one has been added. We may ask: who needs a fifth door stop, when we already have four?

Those who understand covid-19 anti-science are in a position to understand how just about everything in the West works. This includes academia, mainstream media, the public face of governments, and the history of our society and all other societies. I have no expertise in the history of WW2 but welcome this encyclopedia as another offering on the road to telling something approaching the truth about whatever happened in the past. It’s an absolute offense to any civilization that any topic be banned or people who write about it or speak about it be imprisoned or fined. It’s very easy to see that happening to us today in the USA and in Europe. If even medical science can be twisted as much as covid anti-science has, we can see that nothing is sacred and nothing can be believed just because some authority figure—or even a large group of them—say it’s true. That’s how it is. From covid we also have learned that the real scientists were the ones who questioned the official bs. And what happened to them? They were banned, vilified, deplatformed, fired. We all know this, but the lesson is so valuable it bears emphasizing. Covid provides us with a very recent lived and ongoing example of mainstream government and media mind-control and harassment. The covid example applies to many other areas of immediate concern—the Ukraine War, our borders, anthropogenic climate change, our economy. all news and all history. ABN

Something Necessary to Understand About Washington DC

Spurred from several recent conversations, it becomes entirely necessary for this specific audience to understand a reality that is never discussed.

If you are reading this, wherever you are reading this, by self-association you are in a select group of high information people with a much larger understanding of the issues than your network.  That means you know, comprehend, understand and have a level of insight and discernment that is far above average.  Now, let me be brutally honest.

Factually speaking, all of the people within the mechanisms of DC; the people you associate with being key allies to fight back against the visible corruption; the people you assign hope toward; are not as smart as you.

Re-read that as needed.

One of the biggest shifts of thinking needed to change the dynamic of our abusive relationship with government is to realize these people you consider important are just not that smart. They are not wiser; they are not more strategic; they are not as well versed in the details at the heart of the crisis; they are not as well informed; they do not have special access to information that makes them more capable; they do not understand the issues better than you.

Again, RE-READ that with new eyes to evaluate and understand the challenge.

It doesn’t matter what position they hold, or what access they have, or what groups, interests, networks or information resources are at their disposal.  You know more than them, and you understand the material at a much higher level of comprehension than they do.  It does not matter what their rank or importance is, YOU know more. Once you realize this, then you begin to change how you look at the challenge and at their functional capability within it.

The informational context you assign to them does not exist.  The things you think they know, they don’t.  The very specific information you believe they are aware of, does not exist in their mind.  The people in Washington DC, those allies who you think might have the skills to fix issues, have no concept of what material you are aware of.   You are light years ahead of them in the scale of information you understand, and the context it means.

I am not being hyperbolic.

Here’s the kicker….  They think they are more aware than you.

Hypodermic needle model

The hypodermic needle model (known as the hypodermic-syringe modeltransmission-belt model, or magic bullet theory) is a model of communication suggesting that an intended message is directly received and wholly accepted by the receiver. The model was originally rooted in 1930s behaviourism and largely considered obsolete for a long time, but big data analytics-based mass customisation has led to a modern revival of the basic idea.

The “Magic Bullet” or “Hypodermic Needle Theory” of direct influence effects was based on early observations of the effect of mass media, as used by Nazi propaganda and the effects of Hollywood in the 1930s and 1940s.[1] People were assumed to be “uniformly controlled by their biologically based ‘instincts’ and that they react more or less uniformly to whatever ‘stimuli’ came along”.[2] The “Magic Bullet” theory graphically assumes that the media’s message is a bullet fired from the “media gun” into the viewer’s “head”.[3] Similarly, the “Hypodermic Needle Model” uses the same idea of the “shooting” paradigm. It suggests that the media injects its messages straight into the passive audience.[4] This passive audience is immediately affected by these messages. The public essentially cannot escape from the media’s influence, and is therefore considered a “sitting duck”.[4] Both models suggest that the public is vulnerable to the messages shot at them because of the limited communication tools and the studies of the media’s effects on the masses at the time.[5] It means the media explores information in such a way that it injects in the mind of audiences as bullets.

source

Based on mass public acceptance of our technicolor dream psyop hypodermic needle reality, I would say this theory is as true today as ever. The basis of mass psyop slobbering acceptance of the needle is fundamentally the fear of being isolated, rejected, scorned, estranged, alone and lonely. None of those states is nearly as bad as most believe. Robust, independent thinkers even find them stimulating. A mind rejected and left alone can be a very beautiful mind. The media-portrayed lone-wolf psychopath has some truth to it but is overemphasized by psyop controllers because it repels most people, making them more likely to accept the madness needle. The needle theory of communication is nothing more than the simplest semiotic send-and-receive message paradigm—the message sent is taken in fully with zero receiver interpretation. Extremely basic and primitive. Square one on the checkerboard. And this is why it is so effective still today. ABN

The Case for Enclave-Based Immigration Over Nationalism

Rethinking Immigration in the Context of Post-Americanism

Counting all US in-migration annually, half a million migrants are admitted via the CBP app, a new parole program will admit another half a million Venezuelans, another new program will allow 200k immigrants to fly directly to American cities to claim asylum, existing legal immigration is about 1 million, and there are about 2 million illegal border crossings. That adds up to over 4 million migrants annually, breaking all past records for border crossings and immigration. It would not be farfetched for 8 million migrants to arrive in 2024. The migrant crisis will only accelerate due to economic crisis and food shortages in the Global South, and the impacts of chain migration. Basically a trial run for open borders, considering that the numbers who want to immigrate globally are about 900 million. The date when Whites become a minority in America could easily move up from 2045 to 2035.

…What I am advocating for is basically national multiculturalism but with local homogeneity, re-establishing the “us-ness” at a local level. If multiculturalism is inevitable then trying to hold together a diverse society with a mass mono-culture and centralized institutions is insane. The current situation is the worst of both worlds, since we basically have a policy of multiculturalism for non-Whites but compulsory universalism for White Americans, who are expected to hold the empire together, rather than pursue their own interests. White Americans are in a state of limbo, where the old America is dead, yet the idea of acting as a diaspora is alien. I want to be optimistic, but a plausible scenario is where there is continued mass demographic change, a top-down centralized managerial power structure, widespread anti-White discrimination and political persecution, White economic downward mobility, scapegoating of Whites for income inequality, yet where Whites remain hyper-individualistic, being at a tremendous disadvantage and politically disenfranchised. While there is little hope in reforming the system towards radical decentralization, one White Pill is that the shock from rapid demographic change and economic collapse will force Whites to become tribal and rebuild social capital to survive. A more cutthroat society will make enclaves, tribes, and patronage networks a necessity.

This is a thoughtful essay, well-worth reading in full.

Recently, I have made comments about ‘digital babies’ ending all tribalism, ethnicity, and lineage pride due to their parents ‘soon’ being able to choose major genetic traits, including intelligence. ‘Digital babies’ will massively affect how America develops, even given uncontrollable immigration and multiculturalism.

The term digital babies is meant to be a shorthand marker for the rapidly advancing technologies of gene selection through in vitro selection processes leading eventually to selection through digital processes.

True digital gene insertion may be over one hundred years away (maybe not so long), but selection through manipulation of gametes and zygotes in a laboratory is already possible today and probably being done somewhere in the world right now. This process involves using stem cells from parents to make many gametes. Then selecting the best of those gametes and using them to make many zygotes. Then selecting the best of those zygotes and using stem cells taken from them to make more gametes. If this process is repeated scores or even hundreds of times, the resulting offspring will be extremely intelligent, healthy, and long-lived. Through other processes, they will also carry zero mutational burden. For a time, these offspring may become even more tribal but as soon as gene-insertion or even gene-creation becomes possible, parents will surely choose whatever is best for their offspring, thus completely blurring the lines between races, tribes and lineages.

As we imagine the future, we must also image the effects of digital babies and also AI, or super-AI, a field that is also moving quickly, and with massive implications for the science of digital babies and how they will evolve. ABN

‘Multi-hit’ cancer theory possible explanation for cancer rise after covid boosters

1/ 🧵💉BOOSTERS: There’s much talk about BOOSTERS containing something different compared to the previous formulations–theories that they lead to cancer/disease because of a different ingredient.

Instead, perhaps, it is what is called the “multi-hit” cancer theory.

2/ The multi-hit theory states cancer is not caused by a single genetic mutation but a series of genetic “hits” which accumulate over time. These genetic changes occur in specific genes, leading to uncontrolled cell growth and the formation of a tumor, leading to cancer.

Comparing FIML practice to Schema Therapy

Schema Therapy appears to be an effective treatment for people who are suffering with mental and emotion confusion.

An article published early this year claims:

A large scale randomized control trial shows Schema Therapy to be significantly more effective than two major alternative approaches to the treatment of a broad range of personality disorders. Schema Therapy resulted in a higher rate of recovery, greater declines in depression, greater increases in general and social functioning and had a lower drop out rate. The results indicated that Schema Therapy is also more cost-effective. (Source)

Psychological studies are notoriously unreliable and the source of the article linked above is the International Society of Schema Therapy, but still I think it is OK to to take their claims seriously.

Therapy is very difficult to study objectively and who else is going to promote Schema Therapy if not the people who believe in it? I am doing the same with my claims for FIML practice.

By comparing FIML and Schema, I hope to illustrate some of the values and drawbacks of both approaches to human suffering. I have chosen to do this with Schema Therapy (ST) because I just read something about it and it seems like a reasonable and workable approach.

ST seeks to correct “maladaptive schemas” that are defined as “self-defeating life patterns of perception, emotion, and physical sensation.” (Source)

Some comparisons with FIML:

  1. ST is based on the notion of people having “personalities” and thus “personality disorders.” FIML largely rejects the notion of personality or finds it trivial. FIML claims that all adults without exception have “disordered” minds, habits, emotions, responses, and so on. There is no need for a concept of personality or to classify types of “disorder” based on an ideal “personality.”
  2. ST claims that adults experiencing less than optimum psychological health use schemas to interact with the world around them. FIML largely agrees with this claim. We generally call dysfunctional schemas misinterpretations. We claim that adults frequently misinterpret what is being said and done around them. Some of these misinterpretations may have begun in childhood, but not all of them. Misinterpretations occur almost every time we interact with anyone. It is common for misinterpretations to occur several times per hour when two people interact. Some misinterpretations will go away on their own and some will cause serious disturbances in the relations between the two (or more) people interacting. Some misinterpretations will have serious ramifications beyond those two people. And some will have begun in childhood, but many childhood misinterpretations, though they may have become habitual, can be fairly easily corrected through FIML practice. They do not constitute a “personality disorder,” but rather a persistent or habitual way of mistakenly interpreting the world. In this sense, I agree that long-standing misinterpretations do look and act somewhat like “schemas,” though as described, I do not think they deserve reification as a classifiable entity called a “personality disorder.”
  3. ST asserts the existence of “schema modes,” which seem to me to be definitions or indications of personality modalities. Some of ST’s schema modes are the angry child, the impulsive child, the abandoned child, and so on. FIML does not use the concept of personality, let alone identify anything like a personality mode or a schema mode of that type. FIML recognizes that misinterpretations are common and that they arise throughout life. FIML claims that misinterpretations arise at discrete moments. These moments may have occurred in childhood and they may have occurred at any other time since childhood. FIML asserts that using classifications like “personality types” or “schema modes”, though marginally helpful to therapists, runs the considerable risk of distorting the always unique tangle of an individual’s complex suffering. FIML may use concepts like abandonment as a point of discussion and FIML may recognize that feelings of abandonment began in childhood, but FIML also claims that making “abandonment” into a classifiable “disorder” is misleading. FIML claims that reifying “modalities” like “abandonment” only makes them worse while obscuring their true origins and much more importantly how they actually function in real-time.
  4. ST uses a technique called “limited reparenting” which aims to correct unmet core needs that originated in childhood and that led to maladaptive schema. FIML does not require or use a therapist and FIML does not believe that maladaptive schema require “reparenting,” as ST claims.
  5. ST claims that it is cost effective in that it can achieve good results in 50 sessions with a trained ST therapist. A drawback of FIML practice is it requires a suitable partner, and a suitable partner can be hard to find for many people. If a person is suffering and cannot find a suitable partner, ST would be a better choice than FIML. If a suitable partner exists and if both partners understand how to do FIML, I believe FIML will be a better choice in most cases. FIML claims that all human beings are mentally and emotionally disordered and that disorders arise throughout life and on a daily basis at discrete moments as misinterpretations. There is no end to the constant arising of misinterpretations and thus there can be no beneficial end to stopping FIML practice. FIML can begin to correct mental and emotional disorders within days or weeks, but the process of doing FIML should be ongoing throughout life. FIML is like cleaning your home, washing your dishes, brushing your teeth, bathing. It must be done frequently and cannot be ignored for long without maladaptive consequences.
  6. ST claims to be able to create a “healthy adult” who is thoughtful, rational, happy and more. FIML also claims to be able to create a “healthy adult” with ST qualities, but FIML recognizes that the “interpersonality” of all adults requires constant monitoring. Once the major disorders of the pre-FIML individual have been corrected, FIML recognizes that new disorders may arise at any time and that they must be addressed as they arise. Basically, I do not believe that there is such a thing as an ongoing “healthy adult” that can be created in 50 sessions with a therapist. Health requires constant attention with a caring partner, not brief training with a paid stranger.

I would recommend ST for anyone who cannot figure out how to do FIML or who cannot find a suitable FIML partner. For those that do understand FIML and do have a suitable partner, we claim that FIML practice will help you become far less disordered mentally and emotionally but that you must remain vigilant for the rest of your days. You cannot remain healthy for long if you allow misinterpretations to accumulate.

How the US, Through the Greens and the Reds, Is Destroying Europe

[The excerpt below is preceded by a description of the decline of Europe. I recommend the whole piece but have posted this snippet because it is the core point. The essay is not long and clearly written. ABN]

…Now with the events in the Ukraine serving as a catalyst, it is becoming increasingly clear what is actually at hand: the planned and organized destruction of Europe for the benefit of the United States. Only after the collapse of the Soviet Union and socialism in Eastern Europe was it finally possible for the Washington regime to initiate the final phase of a project begun early in the 20th century.

Few realize that after the US conquest and occupation of much of Europe from 1943 to 1945, the Americans set up a local political organization primarily loyal to the US. Nothing new here, as all conquerors and colonizers have always done this throughout history. The US occupation authorities decided to turn the various European Social Democratic parties into their local loyal supporters. This choice was rather obvious, because Europe’s political conservatives and Roman Catholic and Protestant political parties were in favor of the US anyway. They were counting on the US to protect them from Communism.

As a matter of fact in the mid-1940s, Communists were a formidable political force all over Europe. In elections in 1945 and 1946 (in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Denmark and Norway), between one eighth and a quarter of the electorate voted Communist. In Czechoslovakia (1946) it was almost forty percent, a record. When between 1944 and 1949 the Iron Curtain had been let down across the continent, the US needed a more solid counterweight to neutralize the communist danger in the lands it occupied. Hence the choice fell on the Social Democrats. Although marxist, they rejected revolutionary tactics in order to achieve political ascendancy.

From that moment, ambitious young and promising Social Democrats were made beneficiaries of travel grants and scholarships to the US and of assorted other junkets, turning them into the most loyal supporters of the US. That is, until the fall of the Berlin Wall and the ensuing collapse of the USSR. At that point, all Western European Social Democratic parties embraced neoliberalism (inherently at odds with their original political philosophy), thus becoming merely a kind of conservative parties. The ideological difference between the political Left and the political Right disappeared on the process and the terms were shorn of their political meaning.

However, with the Communist danger out of the way and the Social Democrats having lost their role as a barrier against Communism, the US still needed a reliable and loyal political support base inside their European vassal states. Reinforcement was soon found in the so-called “green” parties, a kind of Social Democratic parties, but with an added environmental platform and often with a decided feminist equity twist as well. These new parties appealed to the growing category of politically naive young urban professionals with romantic notions about “health food” and other fashionable issues. With their insistent clamor for “development aid” for the “Third World” they were also quintessentially racist, though hidden behind a veil of paternalism.

The above essay reminds me to recommend the book Hidden History: The Secret Origins of the First World War by Gerry Docherty. This book overturns conventional views of US and European history. I am only halfway through but very impressed. The chapter on the founding of the US Federal Reserve, which I read last night, is a masterpiece of brevity and historical analysis. The British Empire never ended. It morphed into a combo British-American Empire. It is controlled by the Big Banks, legacy families with immense fortunes, and nouveau riche billionaires willing to join the elite cabal, which the most visible ones all have done, or so it seems. Temperature causes rise in CO2, not the other way around

Abstract

The scientific and wider interest in the relationship between atmospheric temperature (T) and concentration of carbon dioxide ([CO2]) has been enormous. According to the commonly assumed causality link, increased [CO2] causes a rise in T. However, recent developments cast doubts on this assumption by showing that this relationship is of the hen-or-egg type, or even unidirectional but opposite in direction to the commonly assumed one. These developments include an advanced theoretical framework for testing causality based on the stochastic evaluation of a potentially causal link between two processes via the notion of the impulse response function. Using, on the one hand, this framework and further expanding it and, on the other hand, the longest available modern time series of globally averaged T and [CO2], we shed light on the potential causality between these two processes. All evidence resulting from the analyses suggests a unidirectional, potentially causal link with T as the cause and [CO2] as the effect. That link is not represented in climate models, whose outputs are also examined using the same framework, resulting in a link opposite the one found when the real measurements are used.

Propositions Concerning Digital Minds and Society — Nick Bostrom, Carl Shulman

Below are some excerpts from the paper: Propositions Concerning Digital Minds and Society. ABN

Consciousness and metaphysics:

  • The substrate-independence thesis is true: “[M]ental states can supervene on any of a broad class of physical substrates. Provided a system implements the right sort of computational structures and processes, it can be associated with conscious experiences. It is not an essential property of consciousness that it is implemented on carbon-based biological neural networks inside a cranium: silicon-based processors inside a computer could in principle do the trick as well.”
  • Performing two runs of the same program results in “twice as much” conscious experience as one run
  • Subjective time is proportional to speed of computation: running the same computation in half the time generates the same (quantity and quality of) subjective experience.

Respecting AI interests:

  • Society in general and AI creators (both an AI’s original developer and whoever may cause a particular instance to come into existence) have a moral obligation to consider the welfare of the AIs they create, if those AIs meet thresholds for moral status.
  • It is possible for some digital minds to have superhuman moral claims
  • Because an AI could have the capability to bring conscious or otherwise morally significant entities into being within its own mind and potentially abuse them (“mind crime”), protective regulations may need to monitor and restrict harms that occur entirely within the private thought of AIs.
  • If an AI is capable of informed consent, then it should not be used to perform work without its informed consent.
  • Informed consent is not reliably sufficient to safeguard the interests of AIs, even those as smart and capable as a human adult, particularly in cases where consent is engineered or an unusually compliant individual can copy itself to form an enormous exploited underclass, given market demand for such compliance.
  • AIs capable of evaluating their coming into existence should be designed and treated so that they are likely to approve of their having been created.
  • Principle of Substrate Non-Discrimination: If two beings have the same functionality and the same conscious experience, and differ only in the substrate of their implementation, then they have the same moral status.
  • Insofar as future, extraterrestrial, or other civilizations are heavily populated by advanced digital minds, our treatment of the precursors of such minds may be a very important factor in posterity’s and ulteriority’s assessment of our moral righteousness, and we have both prudential and moral reasons for taking this perspective into account.
  • Misaligned AIs produced in such development may be owed compensation for restrictions placed on them for public safety, while successfully aligned AIs may be due compensation for the great benefit they confer on others.

Security and stability:

  • Advanced AI would dramatically accelerate the rate of innovation, including innovations that make means of global destruction widely available; therefore, institutions capable of regulating dangerous AI innovations may need to be put in place early in the AI transition (if not before).
  • If wars, revolutions, and expropriation events continue to happen at historically typical intervals, but on digital rather than biological timescales, then a normal human lifespan would require surviving an implausibly large number of upheavals; human security therefore requires the establishment of ultra-stable peace and socioeconomic protections.
  • When it becomes possible to mass-produce minds that reliably support any cause, we must either modify one-person-one-vote democracy or regulate such creation.
  • Given that normal parental instincts and sympathies may not always be present in the creation of digital minds, e.g. by profit-oriented firms and states, AI reproduction must be regulated to prevent the creation of minds that would not have adequately good lives (whether because they wouldn’t receive good treatment or because of their inherent constitution).
  • Since misaligned AIs might pose a significant threat to civilization during a critical period until law enforcement systems are developed that can adequately defend against such AIs, additional protective measures (such as regulating the creation of such AIs) may need to be imposed during this period.
  • The Outer Space Treaty and similar arrangements should be supplemented to reduce the risk of conflict over space resources and unsafe AI development in pursuit of those resources.
