The appointment of DOJ Attorney Jack Smith as Special Counsel is an extension of the January 6th Committee special investigation…

…that transfers the committee’s investigative findings, ie phone records, text messages, transcripts, emails, prior testimony and all evidentiary records, into the newly appointed Special Counsel

This is why the January 6 Committee never ended.  They are using J6 as a weapon against their losing the House to Republicans.  The Democrats are now structurally targeting Republicans with the appointment of Jack Smith.  It’s actually a Machiavellian move.  The executive is now investigating the legislative branch; the legal structure of this eliminates the separation of powers issue.

This also explains why Nancy Pelosi did not resign from Congress, but only stepped down from her leadership role.  The timing of mid-November gave Smith time to get all his midterm counter-offensive ducks in a row before his Republican targets took office.

All of the congressional J6 and DOJ main justice teams are now assembled in new DC offices to set up the 2023 targeting operation.  The announcement was made mid-November, but the planning of the construct was likely in place for months, contingent upon the number of actual House seats that flipped.  The Lawfare design is transparent and Norm Eisen’s fingerprints are all over it when you stop looking at the obfuscation reporting from mainstream media.

Interesting video

Given the nature of our current political dynamic, some may find this interesting; I did.

Because it is rather lengthy, I have prompted the video to begin at a certain place pertinent to our current conversation.  Just hit play and then exit when you find yourself no longer interested; but try to stick with it at least through to the Senator Mark Warner and Adam Waldman stuff.  WATCH:

Health Care Workers Cry Foul on FDA Claiming It Didn’t Prohibit Ivermectin for COVID-19

Jennifer Wright, a nurse practitioner and clinical director who practices in Florida, but can prescribe across state lines, told The Epoch Times she received a letter from the Office of the Attorney General of New York ordering her not to prescribe ivermectin.

“You know, basically threatened me. If I don’t stop prescribing, then they’re going to fine me,” Wright said about the letter, which threatened legal action with fines of up to $5,000 per violation.

The letter stated that the Food and Drug Administration only authorized ivermectin for use in humans when treating “parasitic worms and head lice and skin conditions like rosacea.”

TWITTER & FBI did mind-control; and so did all the rest

direct link

This is mind-control. Control a national story, and virtually all information will be automatically slotted into government approved categories by people who believe the story. This illustrates the high-level of semiotic control a narrative, a story, or a generally accepted explanation can have over language use. MSM has still not even covered the Twitter files and most Americans still do not understand the deep story is the government was doing this. Or stated more accurately, the gang(s) of parasites who have infiltrated our government are doing this. ABN

Judge Orders Biden Admin to Hand Over Communications With Tech Companies

A federal judge ordered the Biden administration to hand over communication documents between the federal government and big tech companies. U.S. District Court Judge Terry Doughty, of the Western District of Louisiana, granted the order of discovery sought by Republican Attorneys General Eric Schmitt of Missouri and Jeff Landry of Louisiana.

President Joe Biden, members of his administration, and select social media companies must turn over documents and answer questions within the next 30 days during a discovery phase of a lawsuit alleging collusion to suppress freedom of speech, a court ruled. The attorneys general of Louisiana and Missouri filed a lawsuit in May alleging Biden and eight high-ranking members of his administration and the government colluded with and/or coerced social media companies Meta, Twitter, and YouTube to suppress “disfavored speakers, viewpoints, and content on social medial platforms.”

Terry Doughty, a judge in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, ruled there is “good cause” for the discovery process and set a timetable, including specific deadlines for depositions.

EXCLUSIVE: Justice Department is concealing 400 pages of ‘sensitive documents’ laying bare payoffs and gifts to Hunter and Jim Biden from China, Russia and Ukraine – after acknowledging the records exist – lawyer claims in suit

  • Colorado lawyer Kevin Evans sued the Department of Justice in March after it failed to comply with his request for records on the Bidens’ business dealings
  • Evans asked for documents under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
  • He requested information regarding ‘any relationship, communication, gift(s), and/or remuneration in any form’ between Bidens and China, Russia or Ukraine
  • He said government lawyers first admitted in court to having at least 400 pages of ‘potentially relevant’ documents
  • Evans claims the DoJ are now trying to get away with saying they can ‘neither confirm nor deny’ the existence of any records that match his request

It was misinformation designed to recruit people to take on a therapy that then resulted in deaths. For no apparent benefit

These are the kind of news reports that were propagated by the media and medical colleges a year ago.

Yet it was misinformation designed to recruit people to take on a therapy that then resulted in deaths. For no apparent benefit.

https://www1.racgp.org.au/newsgp/clinical/unvaccinated-patients-dominate-covid-deaths-and-ic

The truth was the data underlying these claims was never released for verification and any benefit was either short lived (healthy vaccinee effect) or due to miscategorisation bias.

In other words, fake news.

Yet people died as a result because they believed the reports.

[I am sure most of us are tired of covid news but we have to keep paying attention to it because the sleaze, crimes, and errors of our responses to covid must be understood by as many people as possible. Best to keep our energies up for this topic throughout 2023 while memories are still fresh. ABN]

FBI Office Investigating Hunter Biden Sent Twitter Numerous Censorship Requests Right Before 2020 Election

Emails released on Saturday as part of the latest dump of the “Twitter Files” reveal that the week before the 2020 presidential election, the FBI field office investigating Hunter Biden sent multiple censorship requests to Twitter — so many in fact, a top attorney for the tech giant found it “odd.” This blockbuster detail from the weekend came mere days after the FBI issued a statement framing coverage of the “Twitter Files” as “misinformation” being peddled by “conspiracy theorists.”

The FBI has “some folks in the Baltimore field office and at HQ that are just doing keyword searches for violations,” then-Twitter legal executive Stacia Cardille stressed in a Nov. 3, 2020, email to Jim Baker, the then-deputy general counsel for Twitter. “This is probably the 10th request I have dealt with in the last 5 days,” Cardille continued, before telling Baker to let her know if he had any other questions.”

International Federation of Journalists Demands US Drop All Charges Against Assange

The International Federation of Journalists (IFJ) have launched the “Free Assange Now” campaign on its website calling for the United States to drop all charges, including those involving espionage, against WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange.

On Monday, Wikileaks tweeted out that the “The International Federation of Journalists, representing more than 600,000 journalists worldwide, calls for Julian Assange’s immediate release.”

Assange has been locked up in a London prison since 2019 and prior to that he was on the run for seven years. He had sought asylum in the Ecuadorian Embassy between 2012 through 2019 when the asylum was withdrawn.

After all we have seen from the US government over the past several years, it’s obvious not even a shred of justification remains for continuing to persecute Assange. ABN
