This is what happens when agencies are captured by the industries they are charged with overseeing. This is a sneaky way to give liability protection to the companies without most people noticing or understanding what is happening. ABN
This includes no liability for adults harmed by the vaccines. Once FDA approves the vaccines for addition to the Official Immune Schedule for children, the vaccines are legally approved for all. This looks like a sneaky way to get blanket approval without the public realizing what is happening. Since they are at the end of any justification for EUA use, they are trying this route. ABN
Pfizer has asked a U.S. court to throw out a whistleblower’s lawsuit on the basis that the company can’t be guilty of fraud, abuse, and protocol violations in its COVID Vaccine clinical trials because its contract with the U.S. government allowed them to skirt regulations and federal laws that typically apply to government contracts.
In other words, Pfizer was allegedly able to make false statements to the government, and lie about the safety and efficacy of its product, “because the government was in on it with them!” according to Robert Barnes, the lead lawyer in the case.
The whistleblower, Brook Jackson, was the regional director for the Ventavia Research Group, the company that was conducting Pfizer’s pivotal phase III trial in Texas in 2020.
In September of 2020, Jackson emailed a complaint to the FDA, informing the agency of the company’s allegedly dangerous and shoddy research practices. The FDA took no action on her email, and Pfizer continued to use the company.

Steve Bannon is right, “this is an institutional crisis”. It was driven top down via “emergency countermeasures” which worked to get compliance with a false narrative about spread, coding, suppression of early therapy, and the mass program unchecked for safety/failing efficacy.

The only thing that surprised me about covid was that all of our medical institutions have also been conquered. URGENT PFIZER NEWS: Recently court ordered Pfizer documents show horrific side effects and death. The FDA and Pfizer knew this in advance, not only did they commit fraud, but it could be considered premeditated mass murder in a court of law for willful intent.

All that the WHO and public health bureaucracy had to do was to recommend and support people taking sufficient Vitamin D3. This failure to act traces back to the unscientific bias and pro-vaccine obsession of Dr. Anthony Fauci. And once again the legacy media, while being paid by the US government and the pharmaceutical industry to promote vaccination, acted by censoring, defaming and suppressing the ability of physicians to inform people of scientific truth. The disease you suffered, the loss of life among your family and friends, could have been greatly reduced by simply getting enough Vitamin D3. I revisited this MedDRA code today and wanted to report that this number has more than doubled (N = 11,314) since last October and occurring at increasingly younger ages. I stratified the reports filed for “Product administered to patient of inappropriate age” by age group and plotted the results in a bar plot as shown below. Of the 11,015 adverse events reports for which age data exists, 85% occur the 12-18 age group.
Almost 10,000 12-18 year-olds were inappropriately injected. Meaning, that at the time when the EUA was valid for a specific age group, those children were under the minimum age requirement.
