Special Counsel John Durham found that the FBI did not have enough ‘factual evidence’ to investigate allegations of Trump-Russia collusion, in scathing report obtained by DailyMail.com Monday.
Durham’s report, which is over 300 pages, is a comprehensive summary of findings related to whether the then-Trump campaign in 2016 colluded with Russia to meddle with the election outcome.
It found that the the Department of Justice and the FBI ‘failed to uphold their mission of strict fidelity to the law’ when launching the Trump-Russia probe.
The special counsel transmitted the report on his four-years-long investigation costing over $6 million in taxpayer dollars to Attorney General Merrick Garland on Friday. The attorney general provided a copy Monday to top members of Congress including Senate Judiciary Chairman Dick Durbin, Ranking Member Lindsey Graham, House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, who is investigating the FBI’s political ‘weaponization,’ and Ranking Member Jerry Nadler.
Durham writes: ‘Based on the evidence gathered in the multiple exhaustive and costly federal investigations of these matters, including the instant investigation, neither U.S. law enforcement nor the Intelligence Community appears to have possessed any actual evidence of collusion in their holdings at the commencement of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation.’

Worst-case thinking is motivated by the belief that the danger we face is so overwhelmingly catastrophic that we must act immediately. Rather than wait for information, we need a pre-emptive strike. But if resources buy lives, wasting resources wastes lives. The precautionary stocking of largely useless antivirals and the irrational vaccination policies against an unusually benign H1N1 virus wasted many billions of euros and eroded the trust of the public in health officials.4–6 The pandemic policy was never informed by evidence, but by fear of worst-case scenarios.
In both pandemics of fear, the exaggerated claims of a severe public health threat stemmed primarily from disease advocacy by influenza experts. In the highly competitive market of health governance, the struggle for attention, budgets and grants is fierce. The pharmaceutical industry and the media only reacted to this welcome boon. We therefore need fewer, not more “pandemic preparedness” plans or definitions. Vertical influenza planning in the face of speculative catastrophes is a recipe for repeated waste of resources and health scares, induced by influenza experts with vested interests in exaggeration. There is no reason for expecting any upcoming pandemic to be worse than the mild ones of 1957 or 1968,7 no reason for striking pre-emptively, no reason for believing that a proportional and balanced response would risk lives.
The key to responsible policy-making is not bureaucracy but accountability and independence from interest groups. Decisions must be based on adaptive responses to emerging problems, not on definitions. WHO should learn to be NICE: accountable for reasonableness in a process of openness, transparency and dialogue with all the stakeholders, and particularly the public.9

Larry Wu-tai Chin had a long career of service in the U.S. government. His excellent command of English got him his first job with the U.S. Army in World War II, working at the Chinese liaison’s office in Fuzhou. He was good at his work, and was moved up to the Consulate in Shanghai, then in Hong Kong.
When the Korean War broke out, he debriefed Chinese prisoners of war captured by the Americans. That earned him a spot with the CIA, where he worked as an analyst, linguist, and even a covert case officer. He was even awarded a CIA medal in 1980, at the end of his career. The agency had no idea he’d been working for the Chinese government the whole time.
Larry Wu-tai Chin was born Chin Wu-tai in 1922. He was recruited by the Chinese communists during World War II, after he’d graduated from university. His mission was to infiltrate an American government agency inside China and work his way up in the ranks. He started with the Army because China and the U.S. were World War II allies.
After the war, he began working at American consulates in China, then onto British-controlled Hong Kong. During this time, China won the Civil War and took control of the mainland. Chin continued serving as an intelligence operative, passing classified information on to Chinese intelligence agents.

The nation’s spy chief, a longtime college president and top women in finance. The circle of people who associated with Jeffrey Epstein years after he was a convicted sex offender is wider than previously reported, according to a trove of documents that include his schedules.
William Burns, director of the Central Intelligence Agency since 2021, had three meetings scheduled with Epstein in 2014, when he was deputy secretary of state, the documents show. They first met in Washington and then Mr. Burns visited Epstein’s townhouse in Manhattan.
Kathryn Ruemmler, a White House counsel under President Barack Obama, had dozens of meetings with Epstein in the years after her White House service and before she became a top lawyer at Goldman Sachs Group Inc. in 2020. He also planned for her to join a 2015 trip to Paris and a 2017 visit to Epstein’s private island in the Caribbean.
Leon Botstein, the president of Bard College, invited Epstein, who brought a group of young female guests, to the campus. Noam Chomsky, a professor, author and political activist, was scheduled to fly with Epstein to have dinner at Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse in 2015.
None of their names appear in Epstein’s now-public “black book” of contacts or in the public flight logs of passengers who traveled on his private jet. The documents show that Epstein arranged multiple meetings with each of them after he had served jail time in 2008 for a sex crime involving a teenage girl and was registered as a sex offender. The documents, which include thousands of pages of emails and schedules from 2013 to 2017, haven’t been previously reported.

US fossil fuel corporations like ExxonMobil, Chevron, and Halliburton are participating in discussions to take over the Eastern European nation’s oil and gas industry, as Kiev pushes to increase production to replace Russian energy exports.
This comes soon after Ukraine’s Western-backed leader, Volodymyr Zelensky, sent a friendly video message to a US corporate lobby group, thanking companies like BlackRock, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and Starlink, and promising “big business” for others.
In September, Zelensky also symbolically opened the New York Stock Exchange, announcing that his country is “open for business”, offering more than $400 billion in “public-private partnerships, privatization, and private ventures” for US companies.
The Ukrainian government has used the war as an excuse to ram through some of the most aggressive anti-worker laws on Earth.
The director of the Kiev-based workers’ rights NGO Labor Initiatives warned of a “full-scale attack on Ukraine’s labour rights”, writing in a German government-funded journal that the “war cannot be used to justify stripping workers of their rights”.

Worth noting is almost all Ukrainians along with virtually all Eastern Europeans are descended from freed slaves. The so-called ‘Polish nobility’ instituted the psychopathic Arenda system, which was largely run by Jews. The largest ‘peasant’ (meaning slave/serf) uprising in European history occurred in 1648-57 in the southeastern part of the then Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, which is now Ukrainian territory (or just was). The uprising was a manifestation from the fairly deep past of the ethnic and socioeconomic divisions that define much of Eastern Europe to this day. Ukrainians are still under the thumbs of someone else, including Jewish oligarchs and Russian soldiers.
