Watch Rachael Rollins, The Latest Senate Confirmed U.S. Attorney For Massachusetts, React to Media Seeking Response to Her Confirmation
Yesterday, Rachael Rollins was confirmed by the Senate as Joe Biden’s selection to be the U.S. Attorney for Massachusetts {LINK}. Just after the Senate vote confirmed the stunningly radical appointment, a local media crew wanted to get Ms. Rollins response to her confirmation.
Watch what happened, and remember, this person is now the U.S. Attorney for Massachusetts:
The severe leftist disposition exhibited in that video was well known to the U.S. Senate prior to her confirmation hearings.
Texas Senator Ted Cruz highlighted and warned his peers about the danger that Mrs. Rollins worldview as district attorney represented if she was put into a position of significant authority. Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton also gave numerous warnings and for a time blocked the nomination.

Unethical Employment of Intellectual Property
This is a must-read, a crucial legal concept in the battle against unethical vaxxes and vax policies

The link to TES’s reply to the question at the top is here: Unethical Employment of Intellectual Property.
This essay is a must read. I hope smart biologists and lawyers will jump on this and use these ideas to alleviate our current dangerous situation with what is clearly vax induced disease as well as injury. Below is a short excerpt. Please do not let this replace reading the whole essay which is not long, very clearly written, and not hard to understand.
What we have served to broach here is the critical role of product identity, in the conflation of ethical burdens on the part of companies inside the separate contexts of naturally occurring and synthesized threats. The ethical standards under each circumstance are different. The exercise of enforced medicinals under threat of a naturally occurring pathogen can be ethical. However, once the threat is principally created by a modified/artificial/fabricated agent, then enforcement of that synthesized/derived agent itself, as the solution to a problem which it created in the first place, especially under the auspices of monopoly profit, constitutes 18 U.S.C. § 1961 – U.S. Code Racketeering.

Court Filing, FDA Wants to Wait Until Current Generation Dies Before Releasing Documents Detailing Vaccine Approval
A simple question should be posed to the FDA about their vaccine authorization position:
“How does a person give ‘informed consent‘ when the information is withheld?“
Perhaps the judge in the case against the FDA will ask the question, perhaps not, but the question remains.
The FDA took a grand total of 108 days to decide the Pfizer vaccine was safe, given the data shared with them by the pharmaceutical company. The same FDA is now saying they need 75 years to provide the public with the same data.

Democratic Senator Joe Manchin will join his 50 GOP colleagues in backing a resolution challenging Biden’s vaccine mandate for private businesses
Democratic Senator Joe Manchin is backing a GOP effort to scrap President Biden’s vaccine mandate for larger businesses
A vote is expected to take place in the Senate next week for which only a simply majority would be required for the bill to progress to the House
All 50 Republicans senators support scrapping the mandate and Manchin’s vote would gives Senate Republicans enough support to pass a resolution
Even if the resolution passed in the House it would likely be vetoed by Biden

Special Counsel Durham found the e-mails Fusion GPS tried to hide
Back in May, we reported on the fight brewing in a DC federal court, where Fusion GPS and Glenn Simpson were trying to keep secret their internal correspondence and records relating to their role in pushing the Alfa Bank/Trump hoax. New court filings indicate Fusion GPS and Glenn Simpson improperly failed to disclose some of their most damning e-mails.

Preliminary hearing for suspect accused of killing 5 in Wisconsin parade
A cruel irony is that mass vaxxing prevents herd immunity while repeated booster shots weaken the immune response of the vaxxed, eventually rendering them incapable of mounting any immune response to the virus
In response to my FOIA request for the data relied upon for the Pfizer vaccine approval, the FDA indicated in would release it all… by the year 2076 (yes, you read that right)
Along with 30 other academic physicians and scientists I submitted a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the FDA for the Pfizer vaccine data. This week, in response, the FDA claimed that it will take them 55 years to release this data, though it only took them 108 days to review this same data for the vaccine approval process. Here’s the full story, along with the initial commentary in the press on the FDA’s absurd response.

OKLAHOMA: Bill to hold employers liable for vax injuries caused by employer mandates
OKLAHOMA CITY (LifeSiteNews) – An Oklahoma state senator has introduced a bill that would hold employers financially liable for each injury caused by enforcing a vaccine mandate.
On Friday, State Sen. Rob Standridge introduced Oklahoma’s Senate Bill 1106, the “Citizen Health Mandate Protection Act.” The bill is aimed at both the private and public sectors and seeks to hold all employers financially liable for a minimum of 1 million dollars for each injury resulting from a vaccine or other medical treatment that was mandated as a condition of employment.

IDAHO: Vax mandate worker comp legislation moving fast
BOISE, Idaho (AP) — A bill making it easier for Idaho residents to get worker compensation if they become ill after taking an employee-mandated vaccine sailed through the House and headed for the Senate on Tuesday.
The measure passed the House on a 67-3 vote. It was among seven COVID-19-related bills that the chamber pushed through with expedited voting and sent to the Senate.
Supporters said workers are getting sick after being vaccinated for COVID-19, and some are having problems receiving compensation. The bill tilts the field toward employees for compensation of hard-to-prove claims such as illnesses caused by vaccines, backers said.
