Earlier this month, a rather extraordinary lawsuit was filed in Colorado on behalf of eight Michigan poll watchers against the most infamous third-party vendor in the world. (For the duration of this article, let’s call that overly litigious entity: Opinion Voting Systems or OVS.) The details contained in that lawsuit are striking for a number of reasons, and not the least of them is the “Lawfare” strategy that OVS employed to silence any criticism of the company. This “lawsuit warfare” campaign was so extensive that it (allegedly) chilled the free speech of regular Americans who volunteered as poll watchers and didn’t make any public statements about the company at all:

Pharmacists illegally practicing medicine, better stop now before it’s too late
I dealt with three pharmacists who refused to fill covid prescriptions from MDs. It’s an unpleasant experience because it’s irrational and illegal but they try to justify it anyway. One was very polite and said she agreed with me but nothing she could do because her governing board had ruled “from the top.” A second one said similar and was also polite but as I spoke with him it became apparent he knew almost nothing about covid or available therapeutics. The third was a little bitch dictator who delighted in being snide as well as stupid. I can understand the positions pharmacists, nurses, and doctors have been put in. But can’t you guys get together more, exert more pressure on the people controlling you? I hope this pandemic has taught medical (and all other) workers that a robust and active grapevine can serve as a strong counterweight to unreasonable demands from the top. ABN
Study Destroys Justification for Vaccine Mandates: CDC and State Health Department scientists find similar or higher viral load of Covid-19 virus among the vaccinated as compared to the unvaccinated
The CDC and State Health Department scientists just released a study that again reflects the dangers of making civil and individual rights contingent on a medical procedure. This study, titled Shedding of Infectious SARS-CoV-2 Despite Vaccination, reviewed swab specimens from 36 counties in Wisconsin from the end of June to the end of July 2021. They then checked the viral load of SARS-CoV-2 in each swab.
…The lesson here is not that health authorities should never make mistakes. They will. It happens. The lesson is that civil and individual rights should never be contingent upon a medical procedure. Everyone that wants to get vaccinated and boosted is free to do so. But nobody should be coerced to partake in any medical procedure.

Travis Tritt Cancels Shows With COVID Restrictions
“I’m putting my money where my mouth is and announcing that any venue or promoter mandating masks, requiring vaccinations, or pushing COVID testing protocols on my fans will not be tolerated,” Tritt says in a statement. “Any show I have booked that discriminates against concert-goers by requiring proof of vaccination, a COVID test, or a mask is being canceled immediately. Many people are taking a firm stand against these mandates around the country, and I wholeheartedly support that cause.
“I have been extremely vocal against mandates since the beginning,” he continues. “This is a sacrifice that I’m willing to make to stand up for the freedoms that generations of Americans have enjoyed for their entire lifetimes. There are plenty of promoters and venues around the country that appreciate fans and the freedom of choice in this great country, and those are the promoters and venues that I will be supporting.”

Kairos School district in Solano County, California rejects mandate
A COVID-19 vaccination mandate is unnecessary, as reported by the Solano County Public Health Officer, for students. Healthy children are not generally at risk of hospitalization or death from a COVID-19 infection. Of the 66,000 COVID- 19 deaths in California since January 2020, there have been 33 deaths among children under 18, lower than the typical death rate among children during average flu seasons over a similar time period. The estimated infection fatality rate for children ages 0-17 is 0.00002%.2 Put another way, children have a one in a million risk of dying from COVID-19. Moreover, a recent review found that the mortality risk for children without serious pre-existing conditions is effectively zero.3 The COVID-19 School Dashboard developed by Brown University tracks over 5,000 schools, 4 million students, and 1.3 million staff, and has consistently found student and staff infection rates of 0.1% to 0.2% since it began publishing in September 2020. Regardless, parents who wish to provide their child with extra protection from COVID-19 already have the opportunity to get their child vaccinated. A mandate for all students does not broaden such an opportunity.

Whistleblower: FDA and CDC Ignore Damning Report that over 90% of a Hospital’s Admissions were Vaccinated for Covid-19 and No One Was Reporting This to VAERS
A concerned Physician Assistant, Deborah Conrad, convinced her hospital to carefully track the Covid-19 vaccination status of every patient admitted to her hospital. The result is shocking.
As Ms. Conrad has detailed, her hospital serves a community in which less than 50% of the individuals were vaccinated for Covid-19 but yet, during the same time period, approximately 90% of the individuals admitted to her hospital were documented to have received this vaccine.
These patients were admitted for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to COVID-19 infections. Even more troubling is that there were many individuals who were young, many who presented with unusual or unexpected health events, and many who were admitted months after vaccination.

Governor Greg Abbott today issued an executive order stating that no entity in Texas can compel receipt of a COVID-19 vaccination by any individual, including an employee or consumer, who objects to such vaccination for any reason of personal conscience, based on a religious belief, or for medical reasons, including prior recovery from COVID-19.

Good way to put it. First Amendment religious freedoms should include “personal conscience” since there is no clear line between this and religion. Buddhism is very much a philosophy and a religion, no clear line. Also, Kristi Noem get your ass in gear and do this for SD. Strong language and I see the point, but who will do the arresting? The battle for world domination is savage and will be unrelenting. Even the strongest moral condemnation will have no effect except to marshal popular sentiment, which is not nothing as global powers can only push us so far. The weakness of popular sentiment though is it moves slowly and often with little or no understanding. ABN
