Kevin McKernan compares cancer treatments with ivermectin, fenbendazole, cannabinoids, and psilocybin

Conclusion

Psilocybin has overlapping mechanisms with Fenbendazole, Ivermectin, and Cannabinoids in p53 activation, immune modulation, metabolic disruption, and possibly cytoskeletal remodeling. While direct microtubule inhibition is uncertain, serotonin signaling, apoptosis, and immune regulation suggest a potential role in cancer therapy.

Study Finds ‘Cannabinoids Hold Significant Potential for Preventing and Treating Brain Diseases’

Conducted by researchers from Qingdao University, the study highlights the impact of cannabinoids on neuroinflammation, oxidative stress, apoptosis, autophagy, and neurogenesis.

According to the study, cannabinoid receptors (CBRs) mediate these functions through several inflammatory pathways, including nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB), NOD-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome, mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK), protein kinase B (Akt), and cAMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA). A key focus of the research is microglia, the primary immune cells in the CNS responsible for mediating neuroinflammation. By influencing these pathways, cannabinoids may help regulate immune responses and cellular health in the brain.

The study also presents a table summarizing the role of cannabinoids in various brain diseases, emphasizing their protective effects in neurological conditions. The authors propose that cannabinoids could be useful in preventing and treating disorders related to ferroptosis, lactate metabolism, and mitophagy—three biological processes associated with neurodegeneration.

The study concludes:

Medical use of cannabinoids has protective effects in preventing and treating brain diseases; however, excessive and repeated use can be detrimental to the CNS. We propose that cannabinoids hold significant potential for preventing and treating brain diseases, including ferroptosis, lactate metabolism, and mitophagy, providing new insights for further research on cannabinoids.

From what I have been reading over the years, these findings are corroborated by many other researchers. The main takeaway I see is very low dose usage of cannabinoids is beneficial but high doses are not. If cannabis is keeping you away from alcohol or other worse drugs, it would be a good thing. Cannabis does seem to help prevent alcoholism, which is one of the worst addictions. The Buddha strongly advised against the ‘irresponsible use of alcohol’ by laypeople. It’s the fifth precept of the Five Precepts of Buddhism. It is telling that the Buddha did not mention other intoxicants, only alcohol. I say this because too many today interpret the fifth precept as being against all kinds of intoxicants when only alcohol is denoted. Obviously, many other intoxicants are not good either, but I do see plenty of room for judicious use of some psychedelics and/or cannabis for some people sometimes. Both of these drugs were well-known in the Buddha’s day and he would have mentioned them if he had wanted to. ABN

DNA and RNA epigenetics, once thought to be separate, have now been found to work together to fine-tune gene expression.

Researchers have uncovered a new way that cells control their genes — and it may rewrite our understanding of “epigenetics.”

Epigenetics is a form of DNA modification that doesn’t affect the DNA sequence itself. Instead, it describes when chemical groups attach to specific genes, thus switching those genes on or off, or else changing the 3D shape of chromosomes.

Now, in a study published Jan. 17 in the journal Cell, researchers have uncovered a whole new method of gene regulation that involves epigenetic tweaks made to both DNA and its molecular cousin RNA, at the same time.

This discovery challenges the established view that these RNA- and DNA-modifying processes are completely separate, and it suggests that it may have broader implications in human biology and disease. To that end, Fuks and his team are trying to determine how this new mechanism relates to cancer.

What Working at a Retirement Home Taught Me About the Elderly and Today’s Healthcare Racket

Since retiring a few years back, I’ve kept myself busy by working as a night attendant for a large retirement facility in the mid-West. The two main advantages of the job are that I get to meet some wonderful people as well as walk about seven miles each night which helps to keep me in generally good shape. Hearing the life stories of folks who have been on earth for the past eighty or ninety years and the insight they’ve learned has, at times, been fascinating and I’ve enjoyed it immensely.

Over the past few years, however, I’ve discovered many truths about our corrupt and broken Heathcare system, including just how badly uninformed enormous numbers of elderly people are about nutrition and the medical industrial complex that has largely taken over their lives.

The following are my observations and opinions based on numerous conversations with elderly residents. I don’t claim to be novel or innovative in my criticism of the contemporary Healthcare system. Nothing I’ve written here hasn’t also been said or written by someone else in some form. But this doesn’t make it any less true, and I hope some will be encouraged to rethink their opinion of doctors and the corrupt medical system that we’ve been subjected to.

The first thing I’ve learned is just how naively trusting the elderly are of their doctors. They really do view them as their ‘savior,’ almost godlike in a sense. To think their primary care physician may have ulterior motives other than the improvement of their personal health would come as a shock to a good many of them.

The hostility RFK faced at his hearing was directly proportional to how much Pharma money each Senator received

The hostility @RobertKennedyJr experienced at his hearing was directly proportional to how much Pharma money each Senator received. In fact, each of them simply repeated the same attacks we just saw flood the mass media (all of which were blatant lies).

Recently, as I show here, a left wing group (created to hide pharmaceutical money) publicly announced a campaign to take RFK down, after which the lines they concocted flooded every news publication and Carolyn Kennedy quoted them as her own to the media.

For example, they (and the senators) kept claiming RFK caused a deadly measles outbreak. In truth, it was due to children being killed by the vaccine, nurses covering it up, and the Samoan government banning it, and until recently no one blamed RFK.

Data strongly suggests rSV40 vectors integrate both in vitro and in vivo

These data together strongly suggested that rSV40 vectors integrate and that they do so in both cycling and non-cycling cell populations, both in vitro and in vivo. We then tested directly whether rSV40 DNAs were incorporated into cellular DNA. PCR analyses of genomic DNA in a transduced lymphocyte line yielded the predicted PCR product. That vector DNA inserted into the cell genome was demonstrated directly by two types of studies. Southern blot analysis of restricted and unrestricted high-molecular weight DNAs from cells transduced in vitro showed that almost all vector DNA was incorporated into chromosomal DNA within a few days of delivery. The detection of very small amounts of unintegrated vector DNA underscores the fact that practically all SV(BUGT) DNA integrated into the genome. Comparable Southern blot analyses performed on restricted DNA from livers transduced in vivo yielded a similar interpretation: rapid incorporation of rSV40 DNA into high-molecular weight cellular DNA (J.R.C. and D.S.S., unpublished data). A degree of incomplete digestion of the DNA notwithstanding, there is no other explanation for the observed release of SV(BUGT) restriction fragments from the genomic DNA, as seen in the smear obtained using NotI and in the patterns and sizes of bands obtained with NotI + Eco RI, other than that SV(BUGT) DNA integrated into the cellular genome.

Vaccination and Neurodevelopmental Disorders: A Study of Nine-Year-Old Children Enrolled in Medicaid

Results: The analysis of claims data for 47,155 nine-year-old children revealed that: 1) vaccination was associated with significantly increased odds for all measured NDDs [neurodevelopmental disorders]; 2) among children born preterm and vaccinated, 39.9% were diagnosed with at least one NDD compared to 15.7% among those born preterm and unvaccinated (OR 3.58, 95% CI: 2.80, 4.57); and 3) the relative risk of ASD [autism spectrum disorder] increased according to the number of visits that included vaccinations. Children with just one vaccination visit were 1.7 times more likely to have been diagnosed with ASD than the unvaccinated (95% CI: 1.21, 2.35) whereas those with 11 or more visits were 4.4 times more likely to have been diagnosed with ASD than those with no visit for vaccination (95% CI: 2.85, 6.84).

Conclusions: These results suggest that the current vaccination schedule may be contributing to multiple forms of NDD; that vaccination coupled with preterm birth was strongly associated with increased odds of NDDs compared to preterm birth in the absence of vaccination; and increasing numbers of visits that included vaccinations were associated with increased risks of ASD.
