State-sponsored behavioural science: The urgent need for an ethical framework

The ubiquitous deployment of behavioural-science techniques – ‘nudges’ – to increase compliance with both covid-19 restrictions and the vaccine rollout has raised major ethical concerns. Particularly alarming has been the state’s strategic use of fear (or ‘affect’ in the language of behavioural science), shaming (‘ego’) and peer pressure (‘norms’). The tentacles of behavioural science have extended beyond the arena of pandemic management and into many other areas of day-to-day life, including debt collection and the green agenda. Given their widespread prevalence and the profound ethical questions associated with them, it is imperative that the Government’s deployment of these powerful techniques adheres to a robust and transparent ethical framework. Alarmingly, politicians and state-sponsored behavioural scientists have – to date – displayed a stubborn reluctance to discuss these issues.

A robust ethical protocol to guide and constrain future state ‘nudging’ would incorporate four core elements. First, a requirement to consider the moral acceptability of the methods per se, with a view to limit (or prohibit) the more aversive techniques of persuasion. A government strategically inflicting emotional distress on its citizens, as a way of achieving compliance with its agenda, does not sit well with what one might reasonably expect from a civilised Western democracy.

The four core elements for reform are: 1) limiting or prohibiting use of behavioral methods; 2) their lack of transparency; 3) “the perceived legitimacy of using subconscious nudges”; 4) informed consent. ABN

DOJ Asks Judge to Keep Affidavit for Search Warrant Used Against President Trump Sealed from Public Review

If the search warrant affidavit was revealed to the public, the DOJ Lawfare tribe targeting Trump – within the DOJ National Security Division (DOJ-NSD), could not keep the benefit of selective leaks to their media stenographers.  It would be more difficult to frame the narrative.  [DOJ Filing pdf HERE]

On Thursday August 11th, Attorney General Merrick Garland said the justice department was committed to transparency in order to retain their integrity with the American public.  On Monday August 15th, Attorney General Garland asked the court to keep the records sealed.   The six-year pattern continues….

Too little, too late: Disband the CDC now

Dissolve the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Last week, the CDC released updated COVID-19 guidance. The agency now believes we should be taking an individual approach to mitigating our COVID risk. In layman’s terms, we are all Florida 2020 now.

The CDC is so bad it is now glaringly self-contradictory. On it’s covid vax webpage it still claims the vaxxes are “safe and effective” (as of a couple days ago, last time I looked). But on that same page they removed the statement that the vaxxes stay in your upper arm. If they don’t stay in your upper arm, they most definitely are not safe. My partner often says one of the mind-control methods being used on us is everything is so stupid and unreasonable, you have to lower yourself, your intelligence, to be able to follow their idiocy. CDC, FBI, DOJ, DOE are all doing this along with schools, children’s hospitals, doctors, media. It does seem to be a technique and probably also accounts for Biden/Harris/Pelosi as top three closest to the handlers of the presidency. ABN

Mind-control exemplified: DOD revises covid rules & regulations in excruciating detail

The Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness revised the Defense Department’s COVID-19 guidelines in a memo dated Aug. 8

The new rules represent the second revision to the guidelines. They clarify what’s meant by being “up to date” on COVID-19 vaccines and when personnel must wear masks in vehicles, among other changes. The revised guidelines specify that:

This is not about the virus. It’s a litmus test for compliance to absurd and tedious regulations. A major feature of totalitarianism is it is boring, dull, bland, enervating, sad, lifeless. Do an experiment and see if you can read the “revised guidelines” at the link above without going crazy. ABN

“The goal there is not just to crush me. The goal is to show people – don’t agree with this woman because if you do that you’re going against us and we can’t have that. This is the fate that you’ll face” – Eva Vlaardingerbroek

Name-calling and ostracism as described by Vlaardingerbroek is a common form of mind-control used by legacy media and the state, which shows there is little difference between the two. During covid, “anti-vaxxer” was used in this way to frighten people away from what should have been a very ordinary and absolutely necessary debate about the vaccines, including knowing WTF is in them, something we still do not know. To be an aware citizen in today’s world you have to fully understand mind-control techniques and be able to stand your ground when they are used against you. ABN

DeSantis Sends Cops To Physically Remove Suspended ‘Soros-Backed’ State Attorney

Update: DeSantis sent state police to physically remove Warren from his office, “with access only to retrieve his personal belongings, and (ii) to ensure that no files, papers, documents, notes, records, computers, or removable storage media are removed from the Office of the State Attorney…”

“The constitution of Florida has vested the veto power in the governor, not in individual state attorneys,” DeSantis said. “so, when you flagrantly violate your oath of office .. when you make yourself above the law, you have violated your duty and you have neglected your duty, and you are displaying a lack of competence to be able to perform those duties,” he continued.

We need much more of this. School teachers who indoctrinate their pupils with CRT, CT, and sexual ideologies should similarly be removed from schools and the teaching profession entirely. ABN
