If you want to know if an organization is infiltrated by Cabal, just ask yourself if the organization would pose a threat to Cabal’s illegal intelligence operation if it were run honestly, and honestly pursued its stated goals. If so, Cabal then saw that too, infiltrated it with their agents, and turned it into a honeypot to give them a heads up on anybody who wanted to take them on.
