Our legalistic society inevitably produces abuse of this sort. You can see it at patient bedside where poorly trained personnel are misguided to fudge data all the way to the top where: The American Medical Association (AMA), American Pharmacists Association (APhA), and American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) strongly oppose the ordering, prescribing, or dispensing of ivermectin to prevent or treat COVID-19 outside of a clinical trial. [emphasis theirs] You can see it at the local police office all the way to the Supreme Court. The only way to deal with these inevitable problems is to keep exposing and fixing them. They will always rearise. I might add even interpersonal relations can suffer from a similar problem of ever-accruing small mistakes growing into huge, unfixable ones. The way out of that is not easy but is much simpler than the societal problems described above: FIML. ABN
