In USA, doctors can lose their licenses if they advise against the vax due to immoral usurpation of the doctor-patient relationship by US health authorities at many levels. This is a national disgrace and it means you cannot trust any doctor who tells you to get vaxxed. They may sincerely believe you should get vaxxed, but given the liability they face you cannot believe what they say.
