Run! The door of China is closing/The government blocks the outflow of capital, cutting passports

To me this looks like China is preparing for war, either offensive against Taiwan or defensive against the belligerent NATO allied West. Just as reptilians in the West are calling the shots on everything with no regard for citizens, so China has its own rulers who do what they believe is best for themselves. ABN
