Dismal news from the NCHS MMWR Week 29 drop.
We start with the worst news. I don't like having to see nor show this. Despite the CDC pulling 7,148 records out of cancer deaths (after already posting them on 2 Jun)…

Similarly, Excess Non-Covid Natural Cause Deaths š®šæš² š®š š².š® šš¶š“šŗš® high – despite the 27,829 records pulled from that category from the 2 Jun drop.
Making 331,000 deaths from the unknown factor which arrived MMWR Wk 14 2021.

However, progress was made in the CDC re-establishing practice with regard to both Non-Natural Cause, as well as R99 deaths. Both categories showed data work-progress this last week. So they are aware now that these critical metrics were being neglected. šš»

However, we still remain 27 K records shy of the 2 Jun drop in data in this 3 Aug drop. Not a lot of progress was made on recovering these records.
But as we saw in Tweet 1 above, this may become moot because cancer and SADS deaths are skyrocketing at 8.9 and 6.2 sigma.

Overall, CDC removed 27,829 cancer/SADS records, & still have yet to issue final disposition to another 19,900 R99 deaths in temporary hold.
Despite this, cancer & SADS are growing fast.
….it has been 68 weeks, yet we are at our WORST metrics of that entire horizon. š£
