We need to analyze the entire medical industry and rebuild it minus the perverse incentives. Problem is no one and nothing has real-world authority to do that. The entire federal government is riddled with perverse incentives, bribery and blackmail. Congress doesn’t have a prayer. Agencies won’t police themselves. Covid has shown us only a small fraction of the medical community will do the right thing. This is the story of the decline and fall of USA. Perverts and parasites destroying everything.
