What did China know (or do) and when did they know (or do) it?

The above statements allude to an early form of Omicron present in China possibly as early as 2017. A major speculative implication is that China was using that variant to inoculate its population against a planned release of the Wuhan variant, which they knew to be a bioweapon. It is also possible the early variant was released accidentally. Hence the question—What did China know (or do) and when did they know (or do) it? Somewhere inside this mystery also lies the enigma of to what degree, if any, did actors outside of China and probably in USA conspire with China to release the Wuhan variant in 2019? ABN
