The FBI must address the many anomalies and omissions not included in their rushed story about what happened.
There is strong evidence the shot came from Kirk’s right and behind him, not the front.
As it stands now, their case against Robinson is weak at best and looks manufactured.
But why would they manufacture it?

I’ve thought from the beginning that the kid from Utah was a patsy, so I was surprised when I heard he’d confessed to it (if in fact he actually did confess). My thought now is that he actually took a shot at Kirk and thought he hit him, but missed. So his confession might be sincere, if mistaken.
The curious thing to me is (assuming the kid actually took a shot at Kirk) how did they coordinate the kid’s shot with the kill shot?
so far, he has not confessed. the official claim has been that not believable text exchange with his ‘roommate’ amounts to a ‘confession’. they have been fudging words
