The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) met weekly with large social media platforms to collaborate on moderating content, according to a deposition this week from FBI Supervisory Special Agent Elvis Chan.
Chan, who was one of the two FBI agents who contacted Facebook ahead of its censoring of the Hunter Biden laptop warning of potential Russian disinformation operations, said that the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force (FITF) and Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) officials met weekly with social media companies to remove specific accounts ahead of the 2020 presidential election, according to his deposition cited by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt. The deposition was part of a lawsuit filed against the Biden administration for allegedly censoring Americans’ speech in the name of “misinformation” led by Schmitt and Republican Attorney General Jeff Landry of Louisiana.

6. As time progressed, however, the company was slowly forced to add those barriers. Some of the first tools for controlling speech were designed to combat the likes of spam and financial fraudsters.

Today the appeals court essentially said if the search warrant was legally predicated and legally valid, and if the search warrant was used legally, then all the seized documents are valid for the investigative purposes of the DOJ – regardless of their content. The only way to fight the authority of the DOJ seizure is to challenge the legality of the search warrant. However, here’s where things get weird.
President Trump’s lawyers have been: (1) blocked from receiving a non-redacted search warrant; (2) denied access to the underlying probable cause affidavit used to predicate the search warrant, and (3) denied the full contents of the documents that were seized as part of the warrant (they are not allowed to see). Yet somewhere in this convoluted mess, we are supposed to believe a 4th amendment violation doesn’t exist.
The Dutch government announced plans to buy and close up to 3,000 farms near areas deemed environmentally sensitive to comply with EU climate rules, the Telegraph reported.
The Netherlands stated that it would first offer one-time voluntary deals to large nitrogen-emitting farms in hopes of reducing pollution. However, if not enough farmers accept that initial offer, the Dutch government announced that it would move forward with “compulsory purchases.”
According to the government plan, which hopes to target 2,000 to 3,000 farms, landowners will first be offered a deal “well over” the property’s value.
Nitrogen Minister Christianne van der Wal told members of parliament on Friday, “There is no better offer coming.” She added that if enough farmers do not take the “voluntary” offers, then with “pain in the heart,” the government will move forward with compulsory purchases.

Lots and lots of people remain ignorant that the public information campaigns and products are weapons, and continue routinely following government recommendations, seeking out and using the products, ‘boosting,’ and dying from them. Eventually, the world population declines to the level the criminals find acceptable, and the cull phase will be done.
Or, lots more people figure out that the lies are lies, and the products are weapons, refuse to listen to any government recommendations, and refuse to seek out and use the products. Eventually, the criminals stop promoting the products and try to pretend the whole war never happened.
Or, lots more people figure out that the lies are lies and the products are weapons. Shortly after that market signal, the embedded administrative-state criminals escalate the war, deploying armed personnel to apprehend, detain and force-inject. The war stops being biomedical and covert, and becomes overt and bloody.
Or, a few people in key positions — federal and state legislators and judges — figure out that the lies are lies and the products are weapons, realize that a tipping point proportion of the People also understand it and find the courage to fight.
These key legislators and judges arrange for personal security to protect themselves and their families from assassination; terminate all emergency declarations; repeal all the enabling statutes and regulations; identify, isolate and remove the embedded criminals from government offices; and bring them to trial for their crimes.
Or, a few people in key positions figure out that the lies are lies and the products are weapons, but lack sufficient courage to get in the fight, and the biowar of attrition grinds on.
This is a sober assessment based on the premise that the vaxxes are bioweapons. Virtually all evidence points to this being the case. The least—and maybe the most—we as individuals can do is tell others about this. Just tell them what it looks like to you. ABN
UPDATE: More on this topic: The “Rule of Law” falls apart when the legal code itself has been corrupted. If you read the article about the “Pegasus Project”, spyware created to infect cell phones that was marketed by Israeli intelligence through a company called NSO {Go Deep Here}, then you essentially know the background. Pegasus is “no click” targeting spyware that can be deployed against cellular phones, simply by inputting the phone number and transmitting to it.
The Guardian previously reported, “Claudio Guarnieri, who runs Amnesty International’s Security Lab, said once a phone was infected with Pegasus, a client of NSO could in effect take control of a phone, enabling them to extract a person’s messages, calls, photos and emails, secretly activate cameras or microphones, and read the contents of encrypted messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram and Signal.”
…So, here we have: (1) Pegasus, a stealth tool for surveillance and extraction of investigative evidence that can be deployed, covertly, without the target having any idea they are exposed. (2) We have concrete evidence the FBI has the Pegasus tool, and an understanding it would not be deployed without legally authorized authorities. And (3) we have a special counsel created to investigate congress under the auspices of the J6 ‘insurrection’…. Can you see where this is going?

Appearing on CBS FtN Democrat Rep Zoe Lofgren confirms the intent of the Garland appointment is to receive evidence from the J6 Committee and utilize that evidence in the targeting operation against Republicans in congress.

This is why the January 6 committee never ended. They are using J6 as a weapon against their losing the House to republicans. The Democrats are now structurally targeting Republicans with the appointment of Jack Smith. It’s actually a brilliant move. The executive is now investigating the legislative branch; the legal structure of this eliminates the separation of powers issue.
