The dissidents at Project Veritas have received leaked whistleblower information from the FBI highlighting a guidance document that puts “disinformation” into the category of an “election crime.” [Source Article Here] According to the internal guidance, sharing “false or inaccurate information intended to mislead others” may lead the FBI to charge people with election crimes.
[WASHINGTON, D.C. – Oct. 27, 2022] Project Veritas published a newly leaked document today provided by an FBI whistleblower.
The document details how the Bureau will tackle what they consider to be “election crimes.”
It lists “misinformation” as a potential election crime, describing it as “false or misleading information spread mistakenly or unintentionally.”

Three years of covid has shown conclusively that free speech is better than “curated” speech. The FBI itself is guilty of some of the worst misinformation in US history. Governments are political and corrupt and can never be trusted, especially when they get as big and captured as ours. Free speech allows all voices. The New York Supreme Court has ordered reinstatement for all employees fired over their nonvaccinated status and ordered back pay for those who were unlawfully terminated from employment [Full pdf Ruling Here].
The state supreme court found that being vaccinated does not stop the spread of COVID-19, saying the vaccine mandate and firing of the non-compliant employees was “arbitrary and capricious.” This is a strong rebuke to the totalitarian fiats created by state leaders including the state governor, mayor of New York City and health commissioner.

Dr. Chris Alan Shoemaker, a Canadian doctor with 45 years of experience in emergency medicine, family practice and on military bases, has made an alarming claim that the five-year survival rate of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine-induced myocarditis in children is just 50 percent. Host Ben Armstrong shared Shoemaker’s claim in an episode of “The Ben Armstrong Show.” The doctor noted that around 95 percent of people in intensive care units are fully vaccinated and this is because their immune systems are already damaged.

I congratulate Smith for saying this and often repeating it. At the same time, I wonder why so many Americans still do not understand this. I have intelligent relatives and friends who spend their lives entirely ensconced within an NPR/MSM faux version of reality. I do not see how it is not obvious to them that they are being consistently lied to and mind-controlled. The hour is late and our predicament has been obvious for a long time. ABN

This is deliberate humiliation of Hu Jintao by Xi Jinping. It was done in front of international news media and surely signals a hardening of Xi’s rule. Hu was the general secretary of the Chinese Communist Party between 2002-2012 and Xi Jinping’s immediate predecessor. The general secretary of the CCP is China’s top ruler. Xi will be rubber stamped as general secretary on Sunday, making him communist China’s most powerful ruler since Mao Zedong. UPDATE: If anyone thinks Hu is being led out because he is ill, the close-up below should dispel that idea. Note that Xi waited until just after international press were admitted to the hall to expel Hu. Notice also, the man to the right of Hu starts to stand to intervene or do something but the man to his right pulls on his coat to get him to sit back down. This exchange is clearer in the video below. The man who stands is Li Zhanshu, a Xi ally. The man who sits him back down is Wang Huning, who is an advisor to Xi Jinping. Notice that after Li sits back down Wang puts his hands on the table and signals Li to do the same. Kicking Hu Jintao out was a strong power display by Xi and a signal to the world. The video will be censored in China but that will only make it go more viral. It is also a strong signal to everyone in China. ABN

An ABC News investigative producer has not been seen by colleagues since April, when the FBI mysteriously raided his apartment in Virginia.
James Gordon Meek, 52, moved out of his home in Arlington, Virginia, after the raid and hasn’t been seen by neighbors since.
He ‘abruptly’ left his job at the news network, withdrew from the book he was co-authoring about Biden’s withdrawal from Afghanistan, and has kept a low profile ever since.
The Rolling Stone first reported the raid on Wednesday morning, along with sources close to the investigation who say Meek was suspected of possessing classified documents.
The source said agents found classified information on his laptop.
If that is the reason for the raid, it raises serious questions about the government’s approach towards journalists seeking to expose corruption or wrongdoing.
It also raises questions of how they knew about it.
The FBI – which routinely refuses to comment on ongoing investigations as a matter of policy – has not commented on its reason for the raid.
All the bureau will say is that a raid was carried out at his address on the day in question.
The warrant that enabled the raid has not been made public, and Meek’s attorneys are being tight-lipped about what they have been told.
‘Mr. Meek is unaware of what allegations anonymous sources are making about his possession of classified documents.

Is it not a foul disgrace that someone as skilled and selfless as The Ethical Skeptic must use the symbol “\/” for covid vaccines? Three years of covid have shown us beyond a shadow of a doubt that “uncurated” information from “fringe” researchers has consistently been vastly better than the curated information served up by Big Tech, MSM, and the US government. But TES posts on Twitter, someone might say. Yes, he does and he is a rare exception that proves the rule and even he has had to use the symbol \/. He got around Twitter bans by using arcane vocabularies, \/, and by writing in an abstruse manner, which sadly kept his work hidden from many people it could have helped. Big Tech, MSN, the CDC, NIH, FDA, NIAID, and more have been horrible with covid information, which though they stated it clearly enough has been all but universally wrong. So wrong it has led to the worst manmade health disaster in world history. ABN
Yesterday the government asked for more time to respond to U.S. District Judge Amos Mazzant’s September 29, 2022 order directing the FBI to produce all records related to Seth Rich’s laptop. Somewhat relatedly, the FBI is withholding three reports produced by CrowdStrike in August of 2016 regarding the purported hack of the Democratic National Committee.
First the laptop. The FBI wants two more weeks so it can prepare a motion for reconsideration. As a courtesy, we have not objected to the request. According to the government’s motion, “the FBI is uncertain how to comply with the Court’s order as written, and the FBI is seeking input from a pending appellate consultation regarding the order to properly address this issue.”
The order itself is pretty straightforward, at least with respect to Seth’s personal laptop, because it directs the FBI to “produce the information it possesses related to Seth Rich’s laptop and responsive to Plaintiff’s FOIA requests within 14 days of this Order.” On the other hand, the order does not discuss Seth’s work laptop, which is also in the possession of the FBI.

I blame Big Government for this more than Big Pharma because Big Government had many ways to prevent capture by Big Pharma but did not act. ABN
