US bans ‘advanced tech’ firms from building facilities in China for a decade
US technology firms that receive government funding will be banned from building “advanced technology facilities” in China for a decade, the Biden administration has announced, as it outlined plans to increase domestic production of semiconductors.
The requirements come under the US government’s near-$53bn (£46bn) plan to scale up manufacturing of semiconductor chips – the “brain” in every electronic device from cars to household appliances – which are predominantly produced in Asia.
The US Chips and Science Act (Chips), approved by Congress in August, is part of the American response to a long-running technological dispute between Washington and Beijing, as US firms demand more government support to reduce reliance on components produced in Chinese factories.
The US Department of Commerce said it hoped to begin seeking applications by next February for $39bn in government semiconductor subsidies to build new production facilities in the US. The plan will also give a 25% investment tax credit for chip plants, where construction begins from 2023.

This is an excellent discussion of the origin and handling of Hunter Biden’s “laptop from hell.” At one point Alexander Mercouris comments that the FBI is not acting like the Stassi or KGB as both of those organizations were controlled by political powers above them while the FBI appears to be “acting on its own.” Can I just add here that the FBI very likely is controlled by a powerful entity—a secret cabal—which functions above our government and which is in control of some or most of our government. We can understand this same cabal as also being the entity that controls Joe Biden and the office of the presidency and which succeeded in getting him elected. Many readers of ABN can surely think of other corroborating evidence for the existence of a cabal which is not just in control of USA but is also transnational, spanning the entire West and more. ABN

He is not attributing the actions of Biden’s handlers to incompetence but rather to malfeasance, possibly criminal intent, and one hopes soon to treason and usurpation which they are. ABN
California Has Made Honest Medical Speech Illegal: AB 2098 Promises to Suspend the Licenses of Physicians Who “Spread Misinformation”
Two days ago, the California state legislature voted to approve Assembly Bill 2098, which grants the state government the power to suspend a physician’s medical license for disseminating “misinformation” about the Chinese Wuhan virus. Specifically, it would punish any doctor for speaking honestly about the so-called “vaccines,” PCR testing, forced masking, or the nature of the virus itself. This would destroy the doctor-patient relationship and criminalize public speech by all California physicians. It will also lead to the loss of every decent medical doctor and redefine a physician’s allegiance toward his patient, replacing it with allegiance with the state.

Federal government raids Amish farm for raising livestock and growing crops the natural way
The Biden administration recently sent armed federal agents to Miller’s Organic Farm and demanded the farm cease its operations immediately. The authorities also ordered $300,000 in fines, an amount enough to put the small, family-owned farm out of business.
The farm, which is located in the remote Amish village of Bird-in-Hand, Pennsylvania, has been around for almost 30 years. It supplies grass-fed beef and cheese, raw milk and organic eggs, dairy from grass-fed water buffalo and all types of produce to about 4,000 private food club members who pay for high-quality whole food.
Farm owner Amos Miller said “he’s preparing food the way God intended,” but the government seemed to disagree. The said food clubs value their freedom of being supplied with food from an independent farmer that does not process meat and dairy at the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) facilities. Miller’s farm process does not follow the USDA process as he believes they make it less nutritious.

This is a religious freedom issue as well as a small business issue. Globopinko policies almost all align as being attacks against small independent businesses, which are primarily owned and operated by conservatives.
