Central banks are realising CBDCs will have to be intimately linked to identity to deal with illicit finance and bank disintermediation risk

What CBDC research and experimentation appears to be showing is that it will be nigh on impossible to issue such currencies outside of a comprehensive national digital ID management system. Meaning: CBDCs will likely be tied to personal accounts that include personal data, credit history and other forms of relevant information.

Does anyone believe they just started to realize this? Filing this one under “weaponry.” It’s the ultimate mind-control weapon. ABN

US will lose against Russia, China combined cyberwarfare tech, former Pentagon official warns

American wouldn’t stand “a fighting chance” against the combined cyberwarfare capabilities of Russia and China, the former chief software officer of the United States Air Force told Fox News last week.

“Not many nations would be able to push back,” Nicolas Chaillan said. “I don’t even think the United States would be able to push back if tomorrow Russia and China decide to come together against us.”

“I think it would be very difficult for us to be able to even have a fighting chance, let alone a nation like Ukraine,” he added.

Chaillan also said the invasion in Ukraine is “not the full force of the Russian capabilities,” which he said is “tremendous.”

“They have not used the most innovative capabilities yet. They’re focusing on the more traditional warfighting capabilities,” he told the outlet. “We have to be cautious. I always remind people that [Russian] President [Vladimir] Putin is not stupid. We may not yet understand what his plan was all along.”

FLASHBACK: Obama spearheads Biolab in Odessa, Ukraine

U.S. Sen. Dick Lugar applauded the opening of the Interim Central Reference Laboratory in Odessa, Ukraine, this week, announcing that it will be instrumental in researching dangerous pathogens used by bioterrorists.

The level-3 bio-safety lab, which is the first built under the expanded authority of the Nunn-Lugar Cooperative Threat Reduction program, will be used to study anthrax, tularemia and Q fever as well as other dangerous pathogens.

“The continuing cooperation of Nunn-Lugar partners has improved safety for all people against weapons of mass destruction and potential terrorist use, in addition to advancements in the prevention of pandemics and public health consequences,” Lugar said.

Lugar said plans for the facility began in 2005 when he and then Senator Barack Obama entered a partnership with Ukrainian officials. Lugar and Obama also helped coordinate efforts between the U.S and Ukrainian researchers that year in an effort to study and help prevent avian flu.

UKRAINE: Nuland describes (US) biolabs in Ukraine (that the US lied about, saying they do not exist)

US is working with Ukraine to prevent biological research facilities from falling into the hands of Russians — Nuland https://t.co/onrqFclF9W

Originally tweeted by Shehzad Younis (@shehzadyounis) on March 8, 2022.

This woman is central to a great deal of evil meddling in Ukrainian affairs. She’s the wife of the brother of the spin-doctor historian who appeared to wow Jordan Peterson on his podcast not long ago. Peterson frequently claims he knows nothing about history. I wonder why he uses neocons to explain Ukrainian history. Jordan fell for the vaccines and came around. So there’s always hope. ABN

Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered military to seek and destroy US-Deep State bio-labs engaged in top-secret zoonotic and infectious disease research in dozens of locations across Ukraine.

Bioweapons laboratories in Ukrainian cities including Kharkiv, Luhansk, Dnipropetrovsk, and the capital Kyiv, among others locations, have been targeted by Russian troops operating under Putin’s direct orders in recent days.

Meanwhile, the US embassy in Ukraine has been caught scrubbing evidence of biolabs in Ukraine while mainstream media and fact checkers have begun telling the masses that the biolabs don’t exist.

Ukrainian President Volodmyr Zelensky stated Friday that Russian forces are firing at “military installations” leaving analysts speculating that term could include US-installed and operated bio-labs.

According to US government documents, the US has multiple biolabs in Ukraine. In typical Pentagon fashion, these biolabs are marketed as “defense.

Russia has been warning the US for months to stop operating dangerous biolabs on their doorstep. Mainstream media won’t touch the topic now, but they did cover the news in the past.

The above link contains information on specific biolabs in Ukraine. There is a war so all information must be carefully considered. One very dark side of US possible culpability in covid is the US response to the virus. US officials denied any connection to the virus, denied they created parts of the virus, denied it was a bioweapon, denied they funded the Wuhan lab and plotted to defame scientists who said otherwise even though all of that was true. US officials banned early treatments and mandated harmful treatments. At some level they used covid to steal the election. Just yesterday, the end of covid segued perfectly into war in Ukraine, which they are now using to create more panic timed precisely as covid was timed, near the beginning of the election year. Based on that line of thought, we can expect the war to at least fester scarily for another eight months. Maybe we should all start acting afraid so they don’t feel a need to escalate. ABN

Russia makes new claims on US-financed biolabs in Ukraine: The US has “covered” Ukraine with a network of biolaboratories linked to the Pentagon, Russian Defense Ministry says

The Ukrainian authorities have been urgently destroying pathogens studied at its laboratories linked to the US Department of Defense, the Russian military claimed on Monday, adding that such activities hint at the military purposes of these studies.

As many as 30 biological laboratories have been established in Ukraine that are actively cooperating with the US military, the commander of the Russian radiological, chemical and biological defense force, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, said at a news briefing on Monday.

During a war, cup of salt for all information, including from USA. This is an RT article, but the basic issue of US bioweapons labs in Ukraine has been presented by many others. There are also US labs in Central Asia, also close to the Russian border. Zelensky and his entourage are puppets and nothing coming from them is believable. Washington DC is much the same. Both likely are dancing to the same tune, played by the same puppet master. ABN

SPECULATION: If Russia is using thermobaric weapons to incinerate bioweapons labs in Ukraine, there is probably no chance pathogens will escape

thermobaric weapon is a type of explosive that utilizes oxygen from the surrounding air to generate an intense, high-temperature explosion, and in practice the blast wave such a weapon produces is typically significantly longer in duration than a conventional condensed explosive. The fuel-air bomb is one of the most well-known types of thermobaric weapon.

Most conventional explosives consist of a fuel-oxidizer premix (gunpowder, for example, contains 25% fuel and 75% oxidizer), whereas thermobaric weapons are almost 100% fuel, so thermobaric weapons are significantly more energetic than conventional condensed explosives of equal weight. Their reliance on atmospheric oxygen makes them unsuitable for use underwater, at high altitude, and in adverse weather. They do however cause considerably more destruction when used inside confined environments such as tunnels, caves, and bunkers – partly due to the sustained blast wave, and partly by consuming the available oxygen inside that confined space.

There are many indications some or all of the US bioweapons labs in Ukraine are underground, strengthening the case for use of thermobaric weapons which are capable of incinerating all pathogens. There are also many sources, none confirmed, claiming that some of the bio-research is aimed at genetically unique populations, including Russians and Chinese. China is supposedly doing the same against other populations. I am not on anyone’s side, I am just laying out the Russian side of the story because the mounting anti-Russia hysteria is not a good sign. It is different but also very reminiscent of early covid hysteria. And “coincidentally,” overshadows all covid mistakes and crimes. ABN

New plant-derived composite is tough as bone and hard as aluminum

The strongest part of a tree lies not in its trunk or its sprawling roots, but in the walls of its microscopic cells.

A single wood cell wall is constructed from fibers of cellulose — nature’s most abundant polymer, and the main structural component of all plants and algae. Within each fiber are reinforcing cellulose nanocrystals, or CNCs, which are chains of organic polymers arranged in nearly perfect crystal patterns. At the nanoscale, CNCs are stronger and stiffer than Kevlar. If the crystals could be worked into materials in significant fractions, CNCs could be a route to stronger, more sustainable, naturally derived plastics.

Now, an MIT team has engineered a composite made mostly from cellulose nanocrystals mixed with a bit of synthetic polymer. The organic crystals take up about 60 to 90 percent of the material — the highest fraction of CNCs achieved in a composite to date.

The researchers found the cellulose-based composite is stronger and tougher than some types of bone, and harder than typical aluminum alloys. The material has a brick-and-mortar microstructure that resembles nacre, the hard inner shell lining of some molluscs.

MIT Engineers Develop Biocompatible Surgical “Duct Tape” as an Alternative to Sutures

The sticky patch could be quickly applied to repair gut leaks and tears.

A staple on any engineer’s workbench, duct tape is a quick and dependable fix for cracks and tears in many structural materials. MIT engineers have now developed a kind of surgical duct tape — a strong, flexible, and biocompatible sticky patch that can be easily and quickly applied to biological tissues and organs to help seal tears and wounds.

Like duct tape, the new patch is sticky on one side and smooth on the other. In its current formulation, the adhesive is targeted to seal defects in the gastrointestinal tract, which the engineers describe as the body’s own biological ductwork.

In numerous experiments, the team has shown the patch can be quickly stuck to large tears and punctures in the colon, stomach, and intestines of various animal models. The adhesive binds strongly to tissues within several seconds and holds for over a month. It is also flexible, able to expand and contract with a functioning organ as it heals. Once an injury is fully healed, the patch gradually degrades without causing inflammation or sticking to surrounding tissues.

MIT Engineers Create the “Impossible” – New Material That Is Stronger Than Steel and As Light as Plastic

The new substance is the result of a feat thought to be impossible: polymerizing a material in two dimensions.

Using a novel polymerization process, MIT chemical engineers have created a new material that is stronger than steel and as light as plastic, and can be easily manufactured in large quantities.

The new material is a two-dimensional polymer that self-assembles into sheets, unlike all other polymers, which form one-dimensional, spaghetti-like chains. Until now, scientists had believed it was impossible to induce polymers to form 2D sheets.

Such a material could be used as a lightweight, durable coating for car parts or cell phones, or as a building material for bridges or other structures, says Michael Strano, the Carbon P. Dubbs Professor of Chemical Engineering at MIT and the senior author of the new study.

“We don’t usually think of plastics as being something that you could use to support a building, but with this material, you can enable new things,” he says. “It has very unusual properties and we’re very excited about that.”
