Poland secretly sending arms and troops into Ukraine as millions of Ukrainians flee into Poland

Mike Krupa provides an excellent outline of the complex relationship between Poland and Ukraine and what he sees coming. At the end of WW2 Poles and Ukrainians were deliberately separated from each other due to severe ethnic differences, to put it mildly. Ukrainians who stayed in Poland were dispersed throughout the country to prevent them from uniting. Krupa does not see Ukraine surviving as a nation. Since this has been obvious from near the start due to NATO intransigence, it is hard not to see the destruction and depopulation of Ukraine as having been a primary goal of NATO/neocon goading Russia into this devastating conflict. Cui bono? ABN

MUST READ – President Trump Warns Congress Not to Touch Social Security and Medicare, For a Good Reason, He’s The One Who Can Fix Them

President Trump transmitted a message to congress, warning them not to cut Social Security and Medicare {Direct Rumble Link}.  Many politicians and pundits will look at Trump’s position from the perspective of it being a good position to campaign on for older voters, but that’s not the core of his reasoning.

In 2016 CTH was the first place to evaluate the totality of President Trump’s economic policies; specifically, as those policies related to the entitlement programs around Social Security and Medicare.  We outlined how the approach Trump was putting forth and the way he was approaching the issue.   In the years that followed, he was right.  He was creating a U.S. economy that could sustain all of the elements the traditional political class were calling “unsustainable.”

Before getting to the details, here’s his video message and policy as delivered yesterday. WATCH:

Fortunately, we do not have to guess if President Trump is correct. We have his actual economic policy results to look at and see how the expansion of the economy was creating the type of growth that would sustain Social Security and Medicare.  This was/is MAGAnomics at work.

China’s indeterminable covid situation, statistical unknowables, and a drive to encourage more births

It is impossible to know what is going on in China. When the zero-covid policy ended, officially almost no one got covid. Then we heard reports that 90% of Henan Province had covid with 10% of that figure seriously ill. This video is a good lesson in how to understand Chinese statistics and news reports. Basically, you can’t know and you can’t even guess what is happening. In general, this is true of almost everything of importance in China. Information is guarded, fudged, ignored, and fabricated constantly. ABN

NZ: Good News! Jacinda Ardern RESIGNS as New Zealand Prime Minister

Ms Ardern told a press conference that she’d hoped to find the energy and heart during the Christmas break to stay in the job, ‘but I have not been able to do that’.

‘Once I realised that I didn’t, I knew unfortunately there was not much alternative other than to hand over now,’ she said at the Labour Party’s January caucus meeting in Napier on Thursday.

‘I am human. Politicians are human. We give all we can for as long as we can – and then it’s time. And for me, it’s time.’

I read as much as I could of this article. Ardern also said she wants to be remembered ‘as someone who always tried to be kind.’ I wish she had tried to be wise, intelligent, practical and reasonable instead. Anyway, I am glad she is gone and hope her evil twin Trudeau follows her very soon into never appearing in public life again. WEF-leaning neoliberals are the horror of Western civilization and the world. Ardern’s resignation from what I read contained no apology for her dismally failed covid policies. Instead it was entirely self-centered, all about her ‘tank’ being empty and her ‘giving all she could.’ I would respect her if she openly analyzed her covid and other failures and begged her nation and the world to forgive her and meant it. But these types never do that. ABN

Ukraine: Is the Hammer About to Fall?

The plan to engage Russia militarily is a tacit admission that the United States can no longer maintain its global dominance through economic or political means alone. After exhaustive analysis and debate, western elites have settled on a course of action aimed at dividing the world into warring blocs in order to prosecute a war on Russia and China. The ultimate strategic objective of the current policy, is to tighten the grip of western elites on the levers of global power and to prevent the dissolution of the “rules-based international order.” But after 11 months of nonstop warfare in Ukraine, the US-backed western coalition finds itself in a worse position than when it began. Aside from the fact that the economic sanctions have severely impacted Washington’s closest European allies, the West’s control of Ukraine has plunged the economy into a protracted slump, destroyed much of the country’s critical infrastructure and annihilated a sizable portion of the Ukrainian Army. More importantly, Ukrainian forces are now suffering unsustainable casualties on the battlefield which is laying the groundwork for the inevitable splintering of the state. Whatever the outcome of the conflict may be, one thing is certain: Ukraine will no longer exist as a viable, independent, contiguous state.

This essay assumes the architects of US/NATO actions in Ukraine are incompetent, failed to prepare, and have no clear strategic goals. I disagree. Those architects are US/NATO neocons, to give them a single name, and they have been needling Russia since the fall of the Soviet Union. They have been messing with Ukraine wildly since 2014 and began openly goading Putin after the insertion of Brandon as US president. The people who did all that are neither incompetent nor devoid of strategic plans. All along they have been achieving their goals on schedule—the destruction of Ukraine to be followed by the reconstruction of a new mixture of states or just one state. If Putin is deposed or Russia harmed in the process, so much the better.

Look at the facts on the ground—an enormous number of dead Ukrainians, young males especially; an enormous number of Ukrainian refugees who have fled the area probably for good; lots of free money flowing into many pockets, Zelensky’s included. Recently, we learned that Larry Fink of Blackrock and Volodymyr Zelensky are already planning how to rebuild Ukraine. How they do that and who ends up living there (one possibility) will explain the entire conflict and the decades leading up to it. Incompetence will not be a factor when the outcome is fully known, nor will lack of planning. ABN

China’s Covid crisis: What went wrong and how bad is it? | Talking Post with Yonden Lhatoo

Wang’s discussion of vaccine low-uptake among the elderly in China does not make sense. If 90% of big city populations became infected since lockdowns ended, that means the vaccine either doesn’t work or nobody was taking it, not just the elderly. His discussion of the lack of OTC medications when zero-covid ended is excellent. I have wondered all along why China did not make HCQ and IVM meds available OTC everywhere in China. Also, I had always believed that China had been using HCQ or similar and IVM to treat covid. Wang had nothing to say on this point but it is relevant. I believe it is smart of China to refuse to use mRNA vaccines offered by the West. His discussion of the Chinese vaccine, which I assume is Sinovac, implies that it works well which as far as I know it does not. ABN

Is this even possible? Remember all statistics from China are dubious, including this one. There are rumors that this new covid variant is being spread deliberately by the CCP or a foreign enemy often believed to be the United States. Some believe it is being dispersed as an aerosol from drones or other devices or by being added to drinking water. Those are just rumors but this enormous infection rate—which cannot be confirmed—warrants mentioning them. If these are real infections and if the rate is anywhere near what is stated, we should be seeing the virus spreading into neighboring countries. ABN

The First US Onslaught to ‘Weaken’ Post-Cold War Russia

Even Before NATO Expansion, the West Sought to Strangle Russia Economically

The first post-cold war assault on Russia by the West began in the early 1990s well before the expansion of NATO. It took the form of a U.S.-induced economic depression in Russia that was deeper and more disastrous than the Great Depression that devastated the U.S. in the 1930s. And it came at a time when Russians were naively talking of a “Common European Home” and a common European security structure that would include Russia.

…there is no doubt that the actions of the US and the West were critical factors in the Great Russian Depression. An understanding of this goes a long way in making sense of events leading up to the present moment of U.S. proxy war in Ukraine and the brutal sanctions imposed on Russia. This understanding, however, does not fit the narrative to which the NYT confines itself – and its readers.

Neocons killing Slavs: This article describes the first chapter of the recent history of the neocon attack against Russia. Rather than embrace Russia as part of a Greater Europe, neocons sought to destroy Russia. In this light, their relentless destruction of all Western nations makes perfect sense. When the last drops of blood soak into the ground, only they will be left standing—Rulers of the World. What they did and are doing to Russia, they have been and are doing to North America and the rest of the Western world. No one else is safe either. ABN
