COVID complications push Australian deaths to highest numbers in 40 years

The alarm has been sounded about COVID-19’s hidden impact as new data shows that the highest number of people have died in the March quarter of 2022 than in any of the past 41 years.

Australian Bureau of Statistics population data published on Wednesday shows an 18 per cent increase in deaths in the quarter compared with the same period a year earlier, rising from 36,100 to 46,200 deaths.

It is the first time that more than 40,000 deaths were recorded over four consecutive quarters.

What is most alarming about these numbers and this article is there is not a word about covid vaccines contributing to the higher death counts. No more pretending please. This omission is both glaring and a major moral defilement. No reasonable journalist, medical professional, or government official can possibly claim they “had no idea” vaccines are deeply implicated in these alarming statistics. ABN

Advanced FIML

FIML is a method for generating crystal clear communication between participating partners. Once this has been achieved partners will notice a profound reduction in neurotic feelings–anxiety, worry, fear, suspicion, depression, boredom, anomie, etc.

Following this, many FIML practitioners will also notice that the practice has given them insights into cultural semiotics that parallel changes in art and literature. In designing FIML, we were not originally looking for this outcome, but it is there. Let me explain.

The “semiotics” or vocabulary of all art forms have changed throughout history, but especially since the 19th century. For example, in music the notion of what is dissonant or harmonic has changed from simpler classical forms, which demanded greater conformity between scales and chords, to jazz and modern music that allow for much greater freedom. Similarly, in the visual arts, the modern sense of color, balance, and perspective has changed to allow for much greater freedom of expression than in the past. The same kinds of changes can be seen in literature, chess, math, architecture, design, and many other areas.

We even see these changes in society as many more concepts and ways of living are now allowed than in the past–a more open sense of gender and sexual orientation, for example, are generally considered normal or acceptable in many parts of the world when just a few decades ago they were not. We also have a much broader and deeper understanding of race, culture, history, religion, ethnicity, and so on.

All of this relates to FIML in this way: FIML gives partners the means to understand and reorganize any and all levels of cultural semiotics they can become aware of. By semiotics I mean all signs, symbols, mores, taboos, beliefs, roles, impressions, memories, feelings, etc. that are connected to language and that thereby influence our use of language. That basically means everything in your mind, including language. Semiotics is the water the fish of language and communication swim in. Your mind is filled with a multifaceted semiotics that affects everything you do, say, and hear. Normally, we are only sort of aware of this.

FIML practice will lead many partners to realize that the semiotics–whatever they may be–in which their lives are immersed are as fully open to interpretation and reorganization as the artistic and cultural traditions described above. How partners decide to interpret their shared semiotics is up to them. FIML says nothing about that. What FIML will do is show you in a most intimate and convincing way that your capacity to fully understand your partner can also free you from traditional strictures in how you think about psychology, society, politics, history, art, and so on. If you want to play classical tunes with that knowledge, that is fine. If you want to play jazz or something you make up, that is also fine.

FIML will free you to do whatever you like with the semiotics you share with your partner.

In this way, I think that FIML practice can greatly enhance traditional Buddhist practice. At the same time, FIML may make traditional Buddhist practice more accessible or relevant to people today. FIML shows partners the emptiness of their semiotics in a way that may be more engaging than traditional techniques.

(As a side note, one great concern I have about FIML is ethics. I am quite convinced the ethics required to successfully practice FIML will convince partners that high ethical standards are essential for good living, but I cannot prove that. It does not follow logically and we do not have enough examples of successful FIML practitioners to claim that based on the numbers. No social or intellectual system, not even a strict legal system, can ensure that all members will behave ethically. I hope that FIML will be so powerful and transformational to those who do it, though, that high ethical standards will be a nearly inevitable byproduct of the practice. Time will tell.)

UPDATE 09/18/22: I have long been convinced since first posting the above that honesty and good ethics all but “fall out” of FIML practice. Surely there will be some individuals who will misuse the practice but the majority will not. Within just a few weeks it will become evident to partners that lying or withholding are completely counterproductive and defeat everything good about FIML. Remember, FIML is not a tell-all game. Partners always have the option to decline to say. FIML is not about discovering personal secrets or using psychological techniques. It is all about becoming very clear about what you and your partner mean when you speak or act. It is an extremely wonderful, refreshing practice. ABN

The ‘cut to the chase‘ aspect of whether Ron DeSantis is planning to run for the GOP nomination in 2024 is made clear when you realize just how much money the Florida governor has amassed.  A standing total exceeding $200 million

For those who are unfamiliar with the strategies of political funding, there is a timing that also highlights the intent.  A conspicuously aligned timing that coincides with the Trump raid on Mar-a-Lago.  Campaign finance reports are required and filled out quarterly.  DeSantis had a massive war chest assembled through August 5th.

That finance revelation was immediately before the August 8th raid, before the week in the bunker, and before DeSantis reemerged August 14th with a new national branding team and communication change.

DeSantis took in even more billionaire donor checks with the national kick-off.

Everybody familiar with politics knows what that level of preparation and strategy means.  DeSantis wasn’t amassing money of that scale, and simultaneously launching a new national branding campaign, for a state reelection bid.  He was/is preparing for a 2024 presidential run.  The only question was whether DeSantis had direct knowledge of the August 8th raid on Trump in advance, or whether he was just told not to ask questions and follow the advice of his new GOPe team.  The latter is more likely.

link

Bottom-bottom-line, DeSantis has signed on as puppet or front man for the global cabal that controls the West and seeks to control the world. Cabal can poison the world, rig events, start wars and steal elections but still needs at least ignorant acceptance of their rule. This is why they despise free speech and censor whatever they can. This is why they want digital currency. DeSantis was probably offered a deal he did not refuse. It was probably stated outright: “Join us and be part of the most powerful human group in the history of the world or be destroyed and become a nobody. Join us and your children’s futures will be assured.” That’s hard to refuse and why almost none of our representatives actually represent us or the best interest of our nation. ABN

BBC removes vaccine-injured group with hundreds of thousands of members

Under the headline: ANTI-VAX groups use carrot emojis to hide Facebook posts on the BBC website, Technology Editor Zoe Kleinman writes: “The BBC has seen several groups, one with hundreds of thousands of members, in which the emoji appears in place of the word ‘vaccine’. The groups are being used to share unverified claims of people being either injured or killed by vaccines. Once the BBC alerted Facebook’s parent company, Meta, the groups were removed.”

Naturally the label ‘harmful mis-information’ is applied.

Zoe, they use the emoji to evade censorship. They are not running from the truth, you are. ABN

DOJ requests classified documents found in the Mar-A-Lago raid be WITHELD from special master’s review – as he calls hearing for September 20

  • The Department of Justice (DOJ) has requested the classified documents found in the Mar-A-Lago raid be withheld from the special master’s review
  • The DOJ sought the intervention after Judge Aileen Cannon declined the request to lift the temporary prohibition of the usage of the 100 classified documents
  • Cannon also cast doubt on the top secret documents, questioning whether or not items were actually classified
  • Special Master Judge Raymond Dearie has also requested the DOJ and Trump’s lawyers meet in NYC for a preliminary conference on September 20
  • Both parties have until September 19 to submit ‘proposed agenda items’ for discussion at the meeting
  • Dearie has until November 30 to complete his review of the 11,000 documents
link

The only thing US govt is actually good at anymore is hiding information from the public and fooling the public. Been at it so long though they are starting to slightly lose control of what’s secret or why or where it is. Will this be the time we get to see real documents proving Russiagate and who did it? Or who was really behind impeachment #1 or #2? There are scores of other possibilities. I am not holding my breath but am hopeful. The pressure on Cannon and Dearie, assuming they are honest, must be enormous. What are the odds though that two people in the judicial system are both going to be honest at the same time? I take it as a good sign that the DOJ does not trust Dearie and that Cannon is “casting doubt” on the top secret docs. ABN

World Professional Association for Transgender Health Standards of Care: “One of the most shocking indictments of ideology infecting medicine that I have ever come across”

THREAD WARNING – The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) Standards of Care.

I have just read Version 8 of these standards, released last week. It is one of the most shocking indictments of ideology infecting medicine that I have ever come across:
(1/13)

The guidelines are filled with ideological language. Irreversible medication and surgery is “gender-affirming health care”. Terms like “cisgender” and the factually inaccurate “sex assigned at birth” are used. Clinics are told to implement “gender neutral toilets”.
(2/13)

Safeguarding of children is no more. Age limits for puberty blockers, hormones or surgery are removed, as long as a child has reached ‘Tanner Stage 2’ (which can be as young as 9). There’s no requirement for a child to have taken hormones prior to surgery “if not desired”.
(3/13)

Extremely concerning is that “chest masculinization surgery” (i.e. double mastectomy) “can be considered in minors”.

Do you want to retract your false allegations that my Hunter Biden report was “rooted in Russian disinformation?”

Do you want to retract your false allegations that my Hunter Biden report was “rooted in Russian disinformation?”

@SenGaryPeters: 😳

Even with proof that Hunter’s laptop is 100% accurate, Democrats won’t admit the truth.

Originally tweeted by Senator Ron Johnson (@SenRonJohnson) on September 14, 2022.

There should be large and significant penalties for genuine, well-known-at-the-time disinformation like this. Do not believe nor pay attention to news outlets, politicians, academics and others who knowingly promote or promoted glaring misinformation on the laptop, on covid, on covid vaccines, on President Trump, the economy, energy, immigration. Further, all who were guilty and refuse to apologize, but run away like Fauci deserve our scorn. Our system only works through punishment. I am very mild about punishing people, but these issues are costing many thousands of lives and trillions of dollars. Ordinary Americans are expected to feel guilty about not wearing a mask or about slavery (from which they themselves also probably descend). So we should demand as much and more from prominent people who knowingly lie and profit from it. ABN

The figures are in three groups according to qualifications. The bars on the left were the chances of getting into medical school with a low MCAT score – that’s the Medical College Acceptance Text – of 24 to 26 and a GPA of only 3.2 to 3.39. Asians – the light blue bar – had only a 6 percent chance of being admitted, and whites, in gray, had an 8 percent chance. But Hispanics with low scores and grades – the dark blue bar – had a 31 percent chance and blacks had a 56 percent chance of getting in. Look at the results for the better qualified applicants. Being black or Hispanic is a huge advantage.

Covid vaccines are far worse than covid itself and mandating them for young adults is glaringly unethical ~ study

Abstract

Students at North American universities risk disenrollment due to third dose COVID-19 vaccine mandates. We present a risk-benefit assessment of boosters in this age group and provide five ethical arguments against mandates. We estimate that 22,000 – 30,000 previously uninfected adults aged 18-29 must be boosted with an mRNA vaccine to prevent one COVID-19 hospitalisation. Using CDC and sponsor-reported adverse event data, we find that booster mandates may cause a net expected harm: per COVID-19 hospitalisation prevented in previously uninfected young adults, we anticipate 18 to 98 serious adverse events, including 1.7 to 3.0 booster-associated myocarditis cases in males, and 1,373 to 3,234 cases of grade ≥3 reactogenicity which interferes with daily activities. Given the high prevalence of post-infection immunity, this risk-benefit profile is even less favourable. University booster mandates are unethical because: 1) no formal risk-benefit assessment exists for this age group; 2) vaccine mandates may result in a net expected harm to individual young people; 3) mandates are not proportionate: expected harms are not outweighed by public health benefits given the modest and transient effectiveness of vaccines against transmission; 4) US mandates violate the reciprocity principle because rare serious vaccine-related harms will not be reliably compensated due to gaps in current vaccine injury schemes; and 5) mandates create wider social harms. We consider counter-arguments such as a desire for socialisation and safety and show that such arguments lack scientific and/or ethical support. Finally, we discuss the relevance of our analysis for current 2-dose CCOVIDovid-19 vaccine mandates in North America.
