The report: “Human Augmentation – The Dawn of a New Paradigm. A strategic implications project” was published jointly by the UK Ministry of Defense, and German Federal Ministry of Defense in 2021. Reading this document is frankly chilling as the the idea of using human augmentation for warfare is considered a fait accompli by the authors. That planning for human augmentation must start now.
We can assume that although this report is coming from the UK Ministry of Defense, and German Federal Ministry of Defense, parallel efforts are being made by most large governments around the world.

Human augmentation is philosophically required of governments/societies under KOBK rules, which are irremediable and absolute. To not do human augmentation is to cede power to your enemies, real or possible. The NSA has a vast database of all communications for precisely this reason—KOBK demands it. Biowarfare is happening right now with covid; this is obvious. It may be slowed or stopped with Omicron, which appears to be a biowarfare-stopping biowarfare weapon; or it might be something else, a new salvo in an ongoing KOBK war for world domination. We don’t know. In fact, we can’t know even if “we” are the perps because we can’t know what our enemies might do next nor can we even be sure of who our enemies are.
There is no way to morally “plan” for human augmentation in the sense that we can limit it because you can’t limit it. If we don’t do it they will. For this same reason, bioweapons research was and is necessary. I do not think it was a good idea to share our bioweapons research with China. That was stupid. Whoever did that did not understand KOBK. One thing we have learned from the Wuhan covid release or attack is an attack like that maybe can be overcome by quickly making a harmless virus like Omicron that also confers immunity. Army unit to receive first Strykers with 50-kilowatt laser weapons
WASHINGTON — The first set of Stryker combat vehicles equipped with 50-kilowatt laser weapons will be delivered to a unit of Army soldiers at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, by the end of September, according to the head of the service’s Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office.
The Army has dubbed its Directed Energy Maneuver-Short Range Air Defense system “Guardian.” After testing its first prototype last spring at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico, against one-, two-, and three-class unmanned aircraft systems and rockets, artillery and mortars, the service is planning to conduct more tests this month, Lt. Gen. L. Neil Thurgood said at a Jan. 12 event hosted by the Center for Strategic and International Studies.

Mandatory Chinese Olympics app has ‘devastating’ encryption flaw: analyst
An app all attendees of the upcoming Beijing Olympics must use has encryption flaws that could allow personal information to leak, a cyber security watchdog said Tuesday.
The “simple but devastating flaw” in the encryption of the MY2022 app, which is used to monitor Covid and is mandatory for athletes, journalists and other attendees of the games in China’s capital, could allow health information, voice messages and other data to leak, warned Jeffrey Knockel, author of the report for Citizen Lab.

CHINA: US blacklists firms over ‘brain-control weaponry’
The US Treasury has blacklisted 34 Chinese companies and research institutes, with Washington accusing one of the named institutes of developing “brain-control weaponry.”
The Chinese institutes and firms were added to the department’s ‘Entity List’ on Wednesday, joining more than 260 other Chinese businesses – including smartphone giant Huawei – already on the list. Placement on the list forbids these firms from buying technology from the US without express permission from Washington.
Among the entities listed are the Chinese Academy of Military Medical Sciences (AMMS) and 11 of its research institutes. In an entry to the Federal Register published Thursday, the Biden administration claimed that these institutes “use biotechnology processes to support [the] Chinese military,” and have developed “purported brain-control weaponry.”

Chinese anti-satellite weapon places explosives in exhaust nozzle
A group of Chinese scientists has developed a device capable of putting explosives into a satellite’s exhaust nozzle, the South China Morning Post has reported.
The robotic anti-satellite weapon employs a locking capability to stay inside a probe for an extended period and place melt-cast explosives that cause time-controlled explosions.
Weighing only 3.5 kilograms (7.7 pounds), the high-powered explosives are packed into a bullet-shaped device nearly similar to a de Laval nozzle. When detonated, the explosion damages a probe’s internal components while allowing its overall structure to remain intact.

‘War is Real’: Defend Taiwan or Give It the Bomb
U.S. President Joe Biden can reestablish deterrence by offering Taiwan a mutual defense treaty. If he does not want to do that, he should either base American nuclear weapons in Taiwan or transfer such weapons to the island so it can defend itself. In the 1980s, the U.S. beefed up deterrence of the Soviet Union by basing nuclear-tipped Pershing missiles in Europe.

If the Biden admin is as feckless and scatter-brained as it appears, there is no hope for Taiwan. It is possible there is a good Deep State that has seen today coming for decades and has prepared adequately. My guess is USA will give up Taiwan just as they gave up Tibet, Hong Kong, and Uighurs. The time to provide nukes to Taiwan was 35 years ago. There is some chance they already have them. Given the line of Maoist thought that China can survive a nuclear war better than anyone, and given that this is often expressed openly in China, I doubt Taiwan nukes will prevent a Communist takeover and may even provoke one. If we accept that USA is in the hands of a Western cabal, we must also accept that war with China is either: 1) not in their interests or 2) they have a devastating first strike already planned and ready to go. And that will be their next big move as covid fears continue to wane and their control over Western populations loses focus. ABN
