How we arrive at a falsification of the prevailing Zombie Hypothesis about the origins of Omicron: The Ethical Skeptic

So, we begin with the entropy taper curve comparing Delta (orange curve) to Alpha by means of decreasing nucleotide entropy (green curve).

As one can see the mutations in the Delta variant flow naturally from Alpha (or its progenitor in Wuhan) in direct proportion to entropy.

However, now we do the same thing we did with Delta, with BA.1 Omicron. Here, the mutations do not match the entropy (predicted mutations) at all.

BA.1 Omicron is not a descendant of Wuhan Covid-19.

Finally, we conduct this same framing with the BA.2 Omicron alleles. Here we get an even stronger conflict between nucleotide entropy and observed mutations.

Even more than BA.1 Omicron, BA.2 Omicron Definitely did not arise from Wuhan Covid-19.

Finally as well, these entropy taper curves agree with the spanning tree model measuring distance between variants.

Inference
1. Neither BA.1 nor BA.2 came from Wuhan strains
2. Both BA.1 and BA.2 are older than Wuhan by 2 yrs
3. BA.1 and BA.2 are cousins (simultaneous lineages)

Therefore we reintroduce the tampering which has been done to the clade chart… and use this in the next tweet panel…

And that is how we arrive at a falsification of the prevailing Zombie Hypothesis about the origins of Omicron.

Prediction: More and more ‘Omicrons’ will keep popping up.

The post-Nov 2021 clade tree will get enormously complex, hairy, and nonviable.

Finally some scientific body will say ‘enough…’ and have the courage to challenge the ‘Protect The Party at all costs’ narrative.

The Five Skandhas

The Buddha’s explanation of the five skandhas is intended to help us understand the emptiness of the self. It is a short explanation aimed at his most intelligent students.

The Sanskrit word skandha means “heap” or “aggregate” in English. Sometimes the Buddha compared the skandhas to heaps of rice. They are the “heaps” of psycho-perceptual data that comprise the “contents” of our minds. The five skandhas are conditioned dharmas (literally, “conditioned things”), which is to say that they are impermanent and empty, and when improperly understood lead to delusive attachments characterized by greed, anger, and ignorance. The purpose of the Buddha’s five skandha explanation is to help us see through the skandhas, or disentangle ourselves from them. In some Buddhist texts the five skandhas are called the “five covers” because they cover our minds and prevent us from seeing deep levels of reality. In others they are called the “five yin (versus yang)” because they cloud the mind and hide the truth from us. I will discuss each of the five skandhas in the sections below.

1) The first skandha is form. Form, in this case, means anything that leads to, or is capable of leading to, the next skandha. Forms can be visual, auditory, or sensory. They can be dreams, memories, feelings, or moods. Forms are often described as being “obstructions” because, though they may lead to complex thought and activity, they are also hindrances to mental clarity since the activity they lead to is essentially delusive. It is important to remember that the five skandha explanation is an explanation of the deluded mind and its thought processes.

The Abhidharma-mahavibhasa Shastra categorizes the skandha of form into three types:

a) Visible forms with a referent in the outer world such as color, size, length, position, shape, and so on.

b) Invisible forms with a referent in the outer world that are associated with the other sensory organs such as sounds, smells, tastes, and the sensations arising from physical contact.

c) Invisible forms with no referent in the outer world such as dreams, memories, thoughts, feelings, and so on. Though a dream may be “visible” to the dreamer, it is called “invisible” here because no one else can see it. This last category of forms is associated with what the Buddha called “mental dharmas.”

2) The second skandha is sensation. Following the appearance of a form, the mind reacts to it with a sensation that is either positive, negative, or neutral. We either like it, don’t like it, or are neutral about it. Though it is possible to become conscious of this skandha, most of us most of the time are not.

Sensations are generally categorized into two types:

a) Sensations of the body coming from the outside world through any of the sensory organs, such as sights, sounds, smells, tastes, and so on.

b) Sensations of the mind which may or may not come from the outside world. These include moods, feelings, memories, dreams, thoughts, ideas, and so on.

Both kinds of sensation are, of course, based on the prior appearance of a form. Greed and anger have their roots in the skandha of sensation, for if we enjoy a positive sensation we are liable to become greedy about it, while if we do not enjoy it, we are liable to become “angry” or irritable concerning it. The deep meaning of greed is “excessive attraction” to a sensation that we deem to be agreeable or positive, while the deep meaning of anger (or hatred) is “excessive aversion” to a sensation that we deem disagreeable or negative. Neutral sensations often are the result of our ignorance or lack of understanding, though as we progress in Buddhist practice they may be the result of wisdom.

Positive and negative sensations associated with the body are generally considered to be weaker than those associated with the mind, though both types of sensations often are interrelated. An example of this mixture and distinction might be a light slap in the face. While the physical sensation is only mildly unpleasant, the mental sensation will be quite strong in most cases. And yet both are interrelated.

3) The third skandha is perception. This skandha refers to the deepening of a sensation. It is the point where the mind begins to latch onto its sensations. At this point conscious recognition of form and sensation normally begins. It is possible to become conscious of the first and second skandhas as they are occurring, but most of us generally are not. During the skandha of perception we begin making conscious distinctions among things.

4) The fourth skandha is mental activity. This skandha refers to the complex mental activity that often follows upon the skandha of perception. Once we have identified (perceived) something, long trains of mental associations become active. Our bodies may also begin to move and behave during this skandha. For example, the simple perception of a travel poster may set in motion a great deal of mental activity. We may begin recalling an old trip or begin fantasizing about a new one. If we are photographers, we may admire the composition of the photo, step closer to it, make an effort to remember it, and so on. All of these behaviors belong to the skandha of mental activity.

5) The fifth skandha is individual consciousness. It is a product of the first four skandhas and is completely conditioned by them. This is what we normally, more or less, think of as being our “self.” The Buddha taught the five skandhas primarily to help us understand that this “self” or consciousness is empty since it is entirely based on the conditions found in the first four skandhas.

The Ekkotarika-agama explains this point very well. It says, “The Buddha said that the skandha of form is like foam, the skandha of sensation is like a bubble, the skandha of perception is like a wild horse, the skandha of mental activity is like a banana tree, and thus the skandha of individual consciousness is nothing more than an illusion.” The trunk of a banana tree is made of leaves curled together. From the outside, it may look substantial, but if we examine it closely we will find that one leaf pulls away from the next, leaving ultimately nothing behind. The trunk looks substantial, but in truth it is “empty.” In just this way, our individual consciousness may look substantial to us, but if we peel it apart, we find that there is no self within—it is empty.

How to Understand the Five Skandhas

Though most of us are not normally aware of the first two skandhas it is possible to become aware of them through meditation and mindfulness practices. Though it is easier to begin understanding the five skandhas by thinking of them as being separate and distinct, it is important to realize that any of the last four skandhas can give rise to the skandha of form. Mental activity itself, for example, can generate whole new trains of forms, sensations, and perceptions.

Another important thing to understand about the five skandhas is that our minds move very quickly from one to the next. The five skandhas produce a snow storm of impressions and mentation, upon which rests our unstable conscious world. When we become overly attached to this snow storm or to the consciousness built upon it, we generate the karma that ultimately fuels the five skandhas in the first place.

The Explanation of Mahayana Terms (en 1212) says that the skandhas can be understood as being either good, bad, or neutral. The goodness mentioned in this explanation should be understood as being a relative goodness that arises within the phenomenal world—though it is “good,” it is not the same as an enlightened vision that completely sees through the five skandhas. For this reason, we will use the word “positive” in place of “goodness” in this discussion. The Explanation says that positive activation of the five skandhas can be of three types: activation by a positive form, such as a Buddhist image; activation by skillful means, such as a desire to help someone; and activation within a pure-minded person. The Explanation says that the three bad or negative types of activation of the five skandhas result from: simple badness within them, as may have derived from low motives or moodiness; contaminations within them, such as selfishness during an act of kindness; and negativity that is simply the result of bad karma. The Explanation says that the three neutral types of activation are: formal activations that result from the performance of rituals; activations resulting from the practice of a skill; and neutral changes among the skandhas themselves.

How to Contemplate the Five Skandhas

The second noble truth of Buddhism is the cause of suffering. Generally, this cause is explained as clinging to a false self. By contemplating the five skandhas, we learn to understand both that the self is empty and why it is empty. This contemplation appeals to the rational mind for it allows us to use reason to convince ourselves that the “self” we call our own is, in truth, an illusion.

In contemplating the five skandhas we should be mindful that we begin to generate karma during the skandha of perception. At the same time, it is important to realize that the very forms we see and the sensations that result from them are heavily conditioned by our past actions, by the accumulation of karmic “seeds” or influences that are already stored in our minds. Two people may see exactly the same form, but have very different responses to it because their karma is not the same. Since their karma is different, their sensations and perceptions, and especially their mental activity and consciousness will be very different.

The Numerical Teachings of Great Ming Dynasty Tripitaka says (en 1213) that the most important way to understand the five skandhas is to realize that each of them is empty. As we become familiar with the five skandhas, we will find it easier to identify each one and contemplate its emptiness. We can think about them from first to last or from last to first.

If we choose to think of them from last to first, our contemplation will consist of a series of questions, whose answers should be considered deeply. We begin by asking ourselves what the skandha of individual consciousness is based upon. The answer is the roiling mentation of the skandha of mental activity. The skandha of mental activity becomes apparent as soon as we sit down to meditate. Having identified this skandha and appreciated its fundamental emptiness, we can ask ourselves what it is based upon. The answer is the skandha of perception. First the mind seizes one of its impressions (the skandha of perception), then a long train of thought and emotion follows (the skandha of mental activity). Having appreciated this process, we then ask ourselves what the skandha of perception is based upon. The answer is sensation—of the many forms and feelings passing through our minds, one of them gave rise to either a positive or negative sensation (neutral sensations are usually ignored by the mind). It is this sensation that led to the skandha of perception. If we can appreciate this, then we can ask what the skandha of sensation is based upon. The answer is form—either an outer or inner form. Were it not for this form, none of the other skandhas would have arisen.

If we choose to contemplate from the first skandha to the last, we may choose a form and then carefully watch how our minds process it. We will see that form leads to sensation, then to perception, then to mental activity, and lastly to individual consciousness—a state of mind deeply colored by the skandhas below it. Bear in mind that when the five skandhas are simply happening of themselves and no one is watching them, we are normally unconscious of the activity of the first two skandhas. Before most of us are even aware of what we are perceiving, we have begun to react to it. It requires some skill to see that forms give rise to positive, negative, or neutral sensations before they give rise to the skandha of perception, but this is the case in a normally active mind.

The quotation cited previously from the Ekkotarika-agama can also be used as a very fine contemplation. The agama said, “The Buddha said that the skandha of form is like foam, the skandha of sensation is like a bubble, the skandha of perception is like a wild horse, the skandha of mental activity is like a banana tree, and thus the skandha of individual consciousness is nothing more than an illusion.” The skandha of form is like foam in a stream—at any moment scores of forms contend for our attention. The skandha of sensation is like a bubble—suddenly we react to a single bubble within the foam. The skandha of perception is like a wild horse—we can never be sure which way our mind will turn at this point. The skandha of mental activity is like a banana tree—it consists of many things wrapped together. And thus, the skandha individual consciousness is empty, an illusion.

UPDATE: FIML practice can be understood in terms of the five skandhas in this way: A FIML query begins at or interrupts the skandha of mental activity. Through training and prior agreement, partners learn to identify a fraught psychological response at the second or third skandha–sensation or perception–and thereby shift away from habitual mental activity to FIML mental activity. The FIML query at this points implicitly asks is my habitual perception based on fact? The FIML query should be made in as neutral a tone as possible to avoid influencing your partner. Your partner’s reply will either confirm or refute your habitual perception. FIML is a dynamic and very powerful form of mindfulness that allows partners to be much more objective about the granular workings of their minds. After hundreds of FIML queries, partners will establish a database of objective insight into their own (and each other’s) psychology that is much more accurate than what can be done alone or through general discussion with anyone. The Gettr Grift

…For all its flaws, Gab’s saving grace is that it actually does what it claims: It says it is a free speech platform, and it is a free speech platform. Looking at these new “Right-wing Twitter alternatives,” none of them appear to have any intention of actually standing by free speech in any meaningful way.

You can forget about a new free speech platform coming from Donald Trump. Torba has recounted how Trump’s people reached out to him and said that Torba would have to change Gab’s terms of service to ban anti-Semitism if he wanted Trump to make Gab his new home base. Torba declined. It is also known that alt tech site Rumble changed its terms of service to ban anti-Semitism mere days before Trump’s endorsement of the site.

Trump has announced his own social media site, Truth Social, which is supposed to be launching in February, but given recent history, I think we all know what we can expect it to be like, and it is nothing to get one’s hopes up for.

I have high hopes for Trump’s Truth Social but fear it will censor too much. One way around that is to provide several levels of filters individual users can choose for themselves. A major part of being a word-using human is using words to describe and understand other humans. In our private lives this process should not be interfered with in any way among consenting adults. But today’s world includes many anonymous adults who may want to join discussions like that. It’s no good when some discussions are stopped and others are not as happens on all Big Tech platforms today, with the exception of Gab. The site the above article comes from, Unz.com, censors almost not at all and is refreshing for that reason. I would rather hear what people think than not. The more you see of disturbing intellectual content, the less disturbing it becomes because you also see the arguments against it. If something is true, no matter how disturbing, it should not be censored. At some point we have to grow out of the legacy media cage and the sense that alternative platforms are too far out. ABN

Moderna patents show SARS-CoV-2 did not evolve naturally

And also, SARS-CoV-2 contains patented Moderna amino acid sequences, which means they had to have known the virus did not arise in nature and jump to humans. But why did they try to quash that idea with threats and bribes and name-calling anyone who raised it a “conspiracy theorist”? Why indeed is so much being hidden while at the same time we are being forced to have so much faith in our government? ABN

FLASHBACK OCTOBER 2, 2020: Mathematics goes woke

It is time for all members of our profession to acknowledge that mathematics is created by humans and therefore inherently carries human biases. Until this occurs, our community and our students cannot reach full potential. Reaching this potential in mathematics relies upon the academy and higher education engaging in critical, challenging, sometimes uncomfortable conversations about the detrimental effects of race and racism on our community. The time is now to move mathematics and education forward in pursuit of justice.MAA Committee on Minority Participation in Mathematics, “ANTI-SCIENCE POLICY AND THE CENSURE OF DISCOURSE ON RACE AND RACISM” at Mathematical Association of America (October 2, 2020)

ON COVID POLICY: “Why the propensity to panic at just the wrong time makes humans into superstitious rubes that will do the wrong thing and think that it worked”

cliff notes:

human fear response in a pandemic is a function of gompertz expression of disease prevalence and this predictably leads to panic right when things start getting better.

people then mistake whatever their panic reflex was for an intervention that saved them.

it becomes ingrained superstition and forms a kind of societal antigenic fixation whereby failed responses are mistaken for solutions.

this is how a society trades science for superstition.

“Omicron is not a child of the Wuhan virus found in Dec 2019. It is a child of a child of a child, from Wuhan’s grandparent. A cousin in other words”

The Nextstrain linkage as to Omicron's lineage is abduction or 'Occam's Razor' – it is an assumption we add to the mix in order to 'keep the narrative intact'. Nothing else. The genes themselves do not suggest such a link. It is our mind which cannot tolerate the implication.

In other words, Omicron is not a child of the Wuhan virus found in Dec 2019. It is a child of a child of a child, from Wuhan's grandparent. A cousin in other words.

We must remember that MOST of the world bore immunity to Covid-19, already in Dec 2019. Given that prior colds do not protect against Covid, then from what and whence did this immunity originate?

Originally tweeted by Ethical Skeptic ☀ (@EthicalSkeptic) on January 9, 2022.

The lower graph rather strongly argues that the covid alpha (or Wuhan) variant was preceded by a “cousin” virus that conferred immunity to alpha in China, areas surrounding China, and Africa where there were a lot of Chinese workers. This cousin virus may have arisen naturally or it may have been manufactured in a lab, from whence it may have escaped accidentally; or been released deliberately to confer immunity on the Chinese population or for some other reason. On its face, this looks like China may have manufactured and released the cousin virus in 2017 in preparation for releasing the Wuhan variant in 2019. But it could also be argued that some other actor knew that this line of reasoning would eventually surface and planned the attack with the Wuhan virus against the West with this in mind.

The top graph shows that Omicron is also a cousin of the Wuhan variant. It too is “a child of a child of a child, from Wuhan’s grandparent,” though probably not the same as the cousin released in 2017. This suggests—since Omicron has spread so rapidly and seems to confer immunity to all covid variants—that someone may have deliberately released Omicron to bring the pandemic to an end. Some argue that Omicron evolved in an isolated area and this must be kept in mind. But so should the reasoning above. Continuing in that vein, we can hypothesize that either: 1) China purposely released an inoculant in ~2017 and the Wuhan strain in 2019 to unseat Donald Trump and harm the West, particularly USA; or 2) the West did some form of that making it appear that China did it; or 3) someone else did that.

For the first six months or so of covid, I tended to think the China-did-it hypothesis was the most likely. But as the West continued to impose one harmful policy after another, I began to consider the West being the chief perpetrator as a real possibility. With the rollout of the experimental vaxxes, which quickly became obviously harmful, my sense that the West was either cooperating with China or has done the whole thing by itself has only grown. What do I mean by “the West”? Either some version of the 5eyes Deep State, the cabal associated with WEF, or some other more secret group behind either or both of those. Russia may have released Omicron but I doubt they did any of the other stuff.

One thing that stands out is the greatest harm from covid and especially covid vaxxes has occurred in the West. The West is being harmed more than any other world power by the virus and its own self-inflicted shit mitigation policies. If vax harms continue long-term, which seems likely, we will see many more deaths and disabilities weaking our civilization. Whoever is doing this is trying to destroy the West either from the outside or after decades of infiltration, from the inside. Those aiding and abetting the destruction have either been groomed for the job over many years, are knowingly complicit, or have learned cowardice and weakness through long association with the other types. Sundance: “In my opinion, structurally changing the global economy around the threat of climate change is what this entire Coronavirus mess is all about.  They needed the virus to trigger the crisis.  The crisis then creates the roadmap to rebuilding all society -on a global level- away from fossil fuels. Put another way: the motive behind the origin of the Coronavirus is climate change”

Point One – The “Build Back Better” agenda (in every nation) was never about anything except radical climate change legislation.  Once you accept that baseline, things start to become much clearer.

Point Two – The “Build Back Better” phrase came from the World Economic Forum and was promoted by a multitude of international leaders and left-wing organizations.   That reality then brings up the most important point.  To get to “building back better”, you first need to destroy something.  That thing they needed to destroy was the global economic dependency on carbon-based fuel supplies (oil, gas, coal, etc.).

Point Three – In order to destroy the ‘something of that scale’, the energy program for the entire world, something massive is needed to fundamentally change the entire world approach toward energy production.  Something is needed to create the crisis that provides the origin for the process to initiate.

Point Four – That triggering mechanism was/is SARS-CoV-2, or what we now call COVID-19 and all variants therein.

There you have it.  That’s the summary soup to nuts explanation of why a virus was created, and the subsequent panic pushing to create social structures that would facilitate the global acceptance of an entire new economic system that would be designed around saving the planet.

First-rate piece by Sundance. It’s not long and beautifully succinct. This explanation tells why the public face of Western leadership is filled with stupid people, grubby bureaucrats, shitty politicians. Both Sundance’s analysis and the stupid people analysis of our current conditions fit together very well. And both suggest our best strategy is mass noncompliance and a concerted effort to degrade the people pushing the panic, weaken their public images so fewer will believe them without question. Simultaneously, we need a concerted effort from many angles to fill our information streams with accurate data, correct analyses, and proper scientific skepticism of what the stupid people are doing. “As you can see, the Omicron mutation alleles in no way match the entropy of the comparative 144 markers”: Ethical Skeptic

This was not an in-evolutionary-context change between Omicron and Wuhan.

Certain genetic slots mutate faster than others. This rate of mutation is so reliable that it can be used as a clock of sorts.

‘By that clock’, Omicron has either been around longer than Wuhan, or was created in a lab, or – the option which bears elegance, … both.

Originally tweeted by Ethical Skeptic ☀ (@EthicalSkeptic) on January 5, 2022.

Worth noting that ending the pandemic by using Omicron as a natural vaccine can be construed as being in the interest of either of the two main parties that may have released the original bioweapon. China may be feeling the heat of world opinion turning against it based on many people’s suspicions that they released covid on purpose. USA, whom many also suspect of having released the bioweapon, may have gotten what it wanted and is snuffing out the viral fire with Omicron. Another possibility is the course of the pandemic and failure of the vaxxes has gotten out of control. A very dark possibility is the vaxxes have disabled enough people (with long-term consequences) so they feel it’s time to stop the pandemic. ABN

Unprecedented: Deaths in Indiana for ages 18-64 are up 40%

This is huge. Something is killing healthy people at an unprecedented rate. It isn’t COVID. Could it be the “safe and effective” COVID vaccine? I think so. Here’s why.

Deaths among 18-64 year-olds (who don’t normally die) are up by 40% in 2021 vs. pre-pandemic levels

This is huge. HUGE. They’ve never seen anything like this before in their history. Normally death rates don’t change at all. They are very stable. It would take something REALLY BIG to have an effect this big. The effect size is 12-sigma. That is an event that happens every 2.8e32 years (as shown in the image below). That’s very rare. It’s basically never. The universe is only 14 billion years old which is 1.4e13. In other words, the event that happened is not a statistical “fluke.” Something very big caused it.

Others in the industry are seeing it too.

It isn’t COVID. COVID deaths are down this year.

Whatever it is that is causing this, it is bigger and more deadlier than COVID and it’s affecting nearly everyone.

The CDC is totally on top of this… ok, just kidding… the CDC is clueless as usual.

Covid is a glaring excrudescence of parasitic national and world culture

Covid is an extremely strong signal of national and global rot brought on and furthered by deeply ensconced parasitic subcultures. The origin of the pandemic is a bioweapon, itself a chemical parasite that reproduces in living cells.

The parasites feeding on the covid parasite are those who have benefitted from the global bioweapon attack—Big Pharma, Big Government, captured federal and state agencies, particularly health agencies, cooperating bureaucrats and politicians, billionaires, elites, large stores and businesses, legacy media, hospitals (through parasitic feeding on govt covid payouts), and more.

When covid is over, the parasitic culture it has revealed in the stark light of medical and scientific reality will not be over. It will slither back into the shadows of the agencies and organizations it has fostered and lives within.

If we really want to save our country and the world, we must recognize the horror and massive power of the huge parasite that is feeding on us. It is also in our schools, universities, schoolboards, legal system, virtually all licensed professions, science itself. Proof of this is either the silence of these organizations about covid crimes or their active and sometimes vociferous complicity in them, including but not limited to banning early treatments, banning effective hospital treatments, mandating harmful vaxxes, school closings, lockdowns, falsifying PCR tests, falsifying disease and mortality data, unrelenting fear porn, othering bodily autonomy, censoring and hunting dissenting doctors and scientists, and more.

I mentioned billionaires and the elite as parasites but mean only those who have participated in the parasitism and/or remained silent about it, especially if they are not otherwise normally silent. This category of parasites includes but is not limited to academics, universities, scientific journals, scientists, doctors, celebrities, politicians, intellectuals, influencers, and Big Tech social media that has consistently silenced and deplatformed reasoned debate.

Dr Robert Malone: Resist. The Time is Now.

…If there has been one constant throughout these last two years, it has been the gross mismanagement and incompetence of government officials tasked with the public health response.  How can we trust them to make intelligent, data-based decisions in the future?  How can you trust them to decide what is best for your children?  No, you have to personally own these decisions now.  They will not be there to help if you or your child are damaged by these vaccines. And you will get no legal or financial relief. Both Pfizer and governments have been absolved of all legal accountability.  You will have to bear that burden, financially and psychologically, for the rest of your life and that of your child.

In short, the issues here are much larger than just the specific examples of data manipulation, propaganda, censorship, advanced character assassination techniques, misrepresentation of the safety and effectiveness of these genetic vaccines, and suppression of the early treatment protocols empirically developed and tested by front line physicians from all over the world.
