FBI agent Laura Dehmlow was in communications w Facebook that led to the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story in 2020 over the false allegation that it was “disinfo.” This year, she met w/ Twitter/DHS to stress “we need a media infrastructure that is held accountable.”

Facebook and Twitter created special portals for the government to rapidly request takedowns of content. The portals, along with NGO partners used to censor a wide range of content, including obvious parody accounts and content disagreeing w gov pandemic policy.

Lawsuit reveals vast censorship scheme by Big Tech and the federal government

A little-noticed federal lawsuit, Missouri v. Biden, is uncovering astonishing evidence of an entrenched censorship scheme cooked up between the federal government and Big Tech that would make Communist China proud.

So far, 67 officials or agencies — including the FBI — have been accused in the lawsuit of violating the First Amendment by pressuring Facebook, Twitter and Google to censor users for alleged misinformation or disinformation.

Victims of the Biden-Big Tech “censorship enterprise” include The Post, whose Hunter Biden laptop exposé was suppressed by Facebook and then Twitter in October 2020 after the FBI went to Facebook, warning it with great specificity to watch out for a “dump” of Russian disinformation, pertaining to Joe Biden, with an uncanny resemblance to our stories.

“We allege that top-ranking Biden administration officials colluded with those social media companies to suppress speech about the Hunter Biden laptop story, the origins of COVID-19, the efficacy of masks, and election integrity,” is how the lawsuit was summarized by intrepid Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, who is leading the action.

The heart of this “censorship enterprise” is mind-control. The thoughts and thought processes of most Americans are controlled by Big Tech, MSM, bought-and-sold celebrities, pseudoscientists, academics with no integrity, liars. Igor Danchenko Found Not Guilty on all Four Counts of Lying to the FBI

…The FBI didn’t care about the details of the lies that were told to them; the lies served a purpose.  The FBI purpose was to use the Steele Dossier as the foundation for a fraudulent all-encompassing search warrant against the Trump campaign and presidency, using Carter Page.  That construct was always the motive of the DOJ/FBI use of Danchenko, Chris Steele and the infamous dossier that gave the DOJ the patina they needed for the FISA application.

The trial itself showed how corrupt the FBI and DOJ were in this scheme by: A) offering Chris Steele $1 million for proof of the dossier content.  B) By making Danchenko a confidential human source for two years to shield him, “sources and methods”, from investigative inquiry. C) By paying Danchenko $200,000 for his time as a useful tool and confidential human source.

As CTH has stated from the outset of the entire scheme, the problem is institutional corruption.  The personnel, administration, leadership and participants, within the DOJ, DOJ-NSD and FBI are corrupt.

Institutions do not become corrupt by themselves.  People within the institutions are the cause of the corruption, and every person attached to the Trump-Russia investigation – including Robert Mueller, are corrupt.  It was a scheme in 2016, which became a coverup operation in 2017, which became an explosive institutional problem in 2019 which Bill Barr was trying to manage.

The CDC will vote Thursday to permanently shield Pfizer and Moderna from COVID vaccine injury liability

A CDC committee will convene this week and likely vote Thursday to deliver permanent legal indemnity to Pfizer and Moderna, through the process of adding the drug companies’ mRNA injections to the child and adolescent immunization schedules.

By adding the shots to the childhood schedule, the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) will transfer liability for vaccine injuries to the federal government’s National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), allowing for Pfizer and Moderna to finally bring an FDA approved shot to the market without opening itself up to lawsuits. Moreover, it will act as another windfall for companies that have already brought in hundreds of billions of dollars in revenues, by requiring these vaccinations for children who attend public schools.

This is a thread about what comes next in the Durham investigation. Citing anonymous persons with knowledge, the press says Durham was ordered by AG Garland to submit a final report last May, and that that date has been moved back until after the Danchenko trial.

There are other possibilities that I’ll discuss. First, if the press is correct, it’s useful to understand what the final report would look like. The start would be to report on what Durham was ordered to do as special counsel. That’s found in Bill Barr’s order, here:

“ The Special Counsel is authorized to investigate whether any federal official, employee, or any other person or entity violated the law in connection with the intelligence, counter-intelligence, or law-enforcement activities directed at the 2016 presidential campaigns, …

“…individuals associated with those campaigns, and individuals associated with the administration of President Donald J. Trump, including but not limited to Crossfire Hurricane and the investigation of Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller, Ill.”

[This thread holds some hope that Durham will actually charge anyone of consequence and clean up some of the corruption. I strongly doubt that will happen but would love to be wrong about it. ABN]

Biden’s DOJ recommends 6 month prison terms for Steve Bannon

Biden’s Department of Justice has recommended a prison term of 6 months for Contempt of Congress, of which he was found guilty of two counts in July. Bannon’s contempt charges stem from his refusal to comply with subpoenas from the January 6 committee in Congress, twice.

Bannon would also be slapped with a fine of $200,000 if the DOJ’s sentencing recommendations are headed by the judge, per Politico. Bannon plead not guilty to the charges, and sentencing will take place on October 21.

Barack Obama and Eric Holder did not create a weaponized DOJ and FBI; the institutions were already weaponized by the Patriot Act.  What Obama and Holder did was take the preexisting system and retool it, so the weapons of government only targeted one side of the political continuum.

This article comes from Sundance who has made this case for years. A recent piece by Robert Malone corroborates Sundance’s assertions. Both of these essays should be mandatory reading for all concerned Americans. The new world is very much one of mass behavioral manipulation based on manipulation of information and information sources. There is no possible way to be clear about politics or sociology today without having a deep understanding of how this manipulation works. Consider covid news sources during the pandemic. The best, most accurate and truthful sources were small sites such as ABN and independent individuals such as Robert Malone who were frequently featured on small sites. Small sites are small because they are honest and also because they are suppressed by social media, certainly not promoted by it. Malone’s voice was heard because many small sites promoted it. Humans more readily seek and register information if the signal is loud, or has strong “semiotic valence.” It took brains and courage to look past the loud signals coming from CDC and FDA to the quieter but more truthful signals coming from Sundance or Robert Malone. This is a principle of novel information today that we must understand and work with. ABN

Devin Nunes accuses AG Garland of ‘blocking’ Durham from charging Russiagate officials

Former House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes on Friday accused Attorney General Merrick Garland of ‘blocking’ Special Counsel John Durham from bringing charges against officials implicated in the Russiagate scandal.

“Something else going on with Durham,” Nunes said. “He has put systematically the FBI on trial here. He has showed us that there were so many people that were not just working for the Clinton campaign and the DNC. They also happen to be working for the FBI or later after the fact. They start to work for the FBI when they know that they’re actually liars… and they’re not credible.”

“So, I think what’s happening here, that Durham is being blocked, and I don’t say this lightly,” he added. “He is being blocked by somebody within the Department of Justice, or he cannot bring the charges that should be brought right now. And those are charges of conspiracy, of lying to Congress, misleading Congress, defrauding the government…”

Nunes is playing dumb. He knew all along Durham is coverup, not justice. The corruption and lawlessness within the federal government is so huge, no one can touch it and expect to survive. Nunes is a good guy but can only do so much, so he points a vague finger at a cloud of filth, indicating the issue is political at best. You don’t have to be black-pilled by this but it is a very dark red. Ultimately, the rule of law in America is upheld at the voting booth, which is not secure either but still possible, maybe. ABN

China and USA Are Officially At Economic War – Technology Restriction Overview

Today [Oct 8] the US government levied new export regulations and restrictions against China that amount to a full-scale bilateral economic cold war. We will break down the impact and affected companies, but the actions were a long time coming. China intensified its covert economic warfare in the last decades through state-sponsored corporate espionage, state-sponsored hacking, dumping, and draconian restrictions for market access. The US is now responding with its salvo of restrictions to market access in semiconductors, telecommunications, optics, and AI.

There were two main sets of regulatory actions taken today. The first is a new ruling on new export controls for advanced computing, semiconductor manufacturing, and the general semiconductor supply chain. The other is adding 31 companies to the unverified list and modifying how companies on the unverified list must be treated. Both these changes will shift the landscape of technology and industry and reduce global trade by hundreds of billions of dollars a year.

Add this to blowing up Nord Steam 2 and it’s clear Biden’s handlers are flexing at the very least or pushing for more. It’s too early to say they are starting WW3 but these are people who do not back down even when they are being reckless. They almost certainly did covid and certainly did the covid response disaster, both of which harmed the West greatly while facilitating election theft, so I put nothing past them.
