UPDATE: Another interpretation of this data is not so much that Wuhan was the last Chinese city to suffer an outbreak but that Wuhan was the Chinese city chosen to stage a psyop (dead people in the streets, dramatic lockdowns, etc.) that fooled the world and led to dangerous imitations of policies that were not necessary and even counterproductive, thus greatly amplifying the bad effects of covid. Meta-Q vs IQ

We need the term meta-Q which means “general meta cognitive ability,” or the ability to see the meta levels of several arguments at once including nuance and branch arguments.

IQ generally connotes being good at taking a test of reasoning, language, and some sort of abstract thinking.

People with high IQs probably also have high meta-Q. The advantage of adding this term is it distinguishes how arguments are presented and considered, how they are analyzed.

For example, mainstream medicine has usurped the meta-Q of virtually all covid reasoning. Fauci at the top either determined or became the spokesperson for what “the science” of covid is and no other view has been allowed. Literally hundreds of millions of people have been forced to agree with the irrational dictates of an irrationally narrow covid meta-Q. Big Tech aided and abetted this mockery of reason by censoring and deplatforming anyone who brought complexity and nuance into the prison yard.

The covid example is roughly the same with other issues of the day, such as election fraud, the January 6 “insurrection,” Critical Race Theory, equality of outcome, and so on. The country is divided because the meta-Q of public discourse is so low there can be no mixing of ideas, no synthesis, no rapprochement.

Magnates of meta-Q usurpation are most of the famous public “thinkers” in USA: Michael Shermer, Cass Sunstein, Nikole Hannah-Jones, Bill Maher, Fauci, Lakshmi Singh, famous actors, etc. These people are supported by editorials, talking-heads, politicians, terrible academics (most of them), and so on.

In private conversations, discussions always go badly when there are too many voices with low meta-Q training or ability in the room. Arguments become simplified and nuance is rarely acknowledged. Meta-Q is the ability to “see over” a problem, to see beyond the words, to what an argument is, how it was formed, what it will result in, how it moves through time, and what alternatives there are.

I am pretty sure most people could be trained to increase their meta-Q considerably and surely to at least know when it is called for and who is doing it well. ABN

Free will and divine intervention

Action in the physical world is a smaller set of options than action within the mind.

Thus, the locus of free will is the mind not the body or its actions.

We always have many options in the mind. Many choices are available for what we choose to think or how we choose to frame something.

A related idea that is not necessarily part of the above is if God or Dharma Protectors or some other being in a higher realm wanted to influence us, they would be most likely to do so by influencing our minds.

This influence could be a subtle guiding of our thoughts, actual channeling of their thoughts, or even a vision when we are alone.

When we are alone because in those moments the influence will be primarily on our minds not our bodies. Our eyes may see and our ears hear, but if no one else is there the influence will ultimately occur in our minds and remain in our minds as memory.

When we are alone because if another person is present and they see or hear the same thing, the influence will impact the physical world to a much greater extent.

It will not be contained within one human mind. Two people will be astounded by it, talk about it, share it with others. This extends the influence well into physical reality causing it to have a much wider impact.

Visions influencing more than one person have happened, but these should not be the standard of proof that events of that type do happen.

Indeed, it makes sense to assume that interventions into human affairs from higher realms happen to individuals far more often than to pairs or groups of people.

This also makes sense from the point of view that the locus of free will is in the mind.

A higher being can influence the mind and the will in this way without causing major distortions in the physical world.

Military thought experiment Part 5: How to strategize a successful viral bioweapon attack

Release a mild and less contagious version of the bioweapon in your own population a year or more in advance of the planned attack. This will inoculate your population and any other populations you want to protect. A mild and less contagious version of your bioweapon is used because: 1) a mild illness will not be noticed by adversaries, and 2) a less contagious virus will allow more accurate targeting.

Use covert agents to seed the virus in enough places to infect most of your population. Transport hubs, large schools and factories, market places, and so on can be clandestinely seeded with aerosolized virus as needed. A two-year schedule will allow enough time to inoculate your entire population without alerting your adversaries.

Once widespread immunity to the bioweapon has been established in your own population, the actual bioweapon can be released. The best place to do this is in your own country because this will provide plausible deniability. Several layers of excuses can be used to preserve plausible deniability. For example you can claim: 1) you don’t know how it started; 2) it’s a natural virus that came from animals; 3) someone else released it against you; 4) why would we harm our own people?

If this level of excuses begins to fail, you can release or encourage a layered story that: 1) it was released accidentally by a nearby research lab; 2) this is an even stronger story if the nearby research lab received funding from your target adversary or from world bodies such as the WHO. If other nations are entangled in the research and development of the viral bioweapon, they will avoid accusing you or at least delay their accusations for a long time. Time is your friend. As the months and years go by, people will become lost in a surfeit of details, many of which can be explained in several ways, thus increasing confusion and preventing clear conclusions.

Once the bio-attack has begun by first releasing the bioweapon in your own country, perform a psychological operation (psyop) that instills fear and panic in the world and an overwhelming requirement for governments to act decisively and quickly. This psyop may include dramatic videos of people dying in the street, videos of draconian lockdowns, of bio-suited workers spraying streets with something foggy, etc. At the same time, brag loudly that you alone are able to control the virus due to your superior form of government, thus goading other nations to follow. This technique will also play well at home.

The psychological and social confusion that ensues worldwide and especially among your adversaries is a major goal of your bio-attack. This is why a nasty virus that kills more people than in a normal year but not too many more is all that is needed; in fact, this is exactly the right kind of virus to use. The death toll will not be bad enough to start a shooting war and adversarial governments will make many mistakes in trying to control the virus.

A best case scenario is (some of) your adversaries decide to use your attack to their own advantage, which also happens to be your advantage as well. This might include removing a popular president, creating conditions that allow widespread election fraud, overturning economic concessions the previous president had forced on you, etc. Even better is lay the groundwork for this kind of outcome decades before the attack is launched and then use the many private relationships you have established and compromised to influence the behavior of your adversary’s government through think tanks, universities, research labs, medical institutions, mass media, social media, and so forth.

As you adversary overreacts and badly reacts to the virus, seed other parts of the world with the bioweapon thus causing worldwide fear and panic as infection rates and death rates spike in many places.

The NSA database

Firstly, that database is a sociologist’s wet dream. It is without question the greatest sociological analytical tool ever to come into existence.

The NSA database—using just metadata alone—is capable of discovering and describing in near-perfect detail nearly all social networks in the world.

It is possible that some very secretive groups figured out which way the wind was blowing twenty years ago and have kept away from all electronic surveillance since then, but I doubt that even they can be certain that their membership is not known, or knowable, to the NSA.

In addition to being able to find and analyze all, or virtually all, groups and networks in the world (secret or otherwise), the NSA almost certainly has the capability to reach back years into the content of those groups’ phone calls and other forms of communication.

This makes the database even more than a sociologist’s wet dream. It is also a tool for exceptional good or evil.

First, the evil—anyone with access to the database can spy on virtually anyone anywhere and use the information gained to blackmail, steal inventions or investment ideas, bribe, intimidate, or otherwise do bad stuff behind the scenes.

For the good, the database has the power to figure out groups that are doing bad things and stop them. The database could be used as a massive national and international “lie-detector” or “shit detector.” Just about any group of people up to anything unsavory should be discoverable through the database.

So who controls it? Is there one person at the top? Or a group? Who watches the group?

I am all but certain we will never be rid of that database. If by some miracle the US destroys the NSA database, some other country will surely set one up.

So liberty and goodness now mean that we have to figure out how to make sure the people controlling the database are good people. That they will never do bad things with the information available to them.

How do we do that? Is there any conceivable politics that can bring that about? We need databases watching databases all of which are controlled by groups that are watched by other groups. If we have perfectly reliable lie-detectors, could we establish groups like that? Is there any way forward other than massive transparency of everyone’s life?

It looks to me like our traditional political system is finished. Checks and balances and individual rights are meaningless in the face of that database.

“Top of the World” alliance requires good relations with Russia

Vladimir Putin plans to press Joe Biden on human rights violations against Trump supporters. This makes me think the Russians know something of what is coming. Picture Russia, right now aligned against Cabal, and with Americans who oppose Cabal. Suddenly Cabal is revealed, and a genuine treasonous syndicate working against all of America is cast out and demonized by a newly honest media. And there Russia is, saying it had been working for Americans, against that syndicate, and for Americans all along. It would be a brilliant play. And Republicans right now, even before then, are looking at a US government of traitors, and a Russian government trying to stand up for us as Biden attacks us. This is why Cabal has to make Russia the enemy – we would be natural allies. Also note, this is not something Cabal would do, if it had influence in Russia. Cabal would keep the pressure on conservatives in America, and not give us any encouragement or support.

All “top of the world” countries are natural allies: USA, Canada, Europe, Russia, Mongolia, Korea, Japan and a few others. We all share political, economic, and geographic mutual interests and many of us also share deep cultural and religious traditions. This natural alliance could and would take place if the shadow elite in the West would get out of the way and if Russia would provide strong assurances to former European satellites that reoccupation will never happen again.

In Friston’s mind, the universe is made up of Markov blankets inside of Markov blankets. Each of us has a Markov blanket that keeps us apart from what is not us. And within us are blankets separating organs, which contain blankets separating cells, which contain blankets separating their organelles. The blankets define how biological things exist over time and behave distinctly from one another. Without them, we’re just hot gas dissipating into the ether.

Living organisms seek to minimize the difference between their predictions and what actually happens.

…Free energy is the difference between the states you expect to be in and the states your sensors tell you that you are in. Or, to put it another way, when you are minimizing free energy, you are minimizing surprise.

According to Friston, any biological system that resists a tendency to disorder and dissolution will adhere to the free energy principle—whether it’s a protozoan or a pro basketball team.

And this is how they do it.

…When the brain makes a prediction that isn’t immediately borne out by what the senses relay back, Friston believes, it can minimize free energy in one of two ways: It can revise its prediction—absorb the surprise, concede the error, update its model of the world—or it can act to make the prediction true.

Human interpersonal optimization parallels or aligns with psychological optimization. Both minimize “free energy” as defined above, thus allowing us to use our brains and energies more efficiently.

An alien race(s) may have concluded that now is the time for full disclosure

60 Minutes did its report on UFOs here, and the Overtime video is here. Nothing new, since this is the normie report, except now a female pilot came out and was saying the same story about what was seen with the Tic Tac over the ocean, and a Deputy Secretary of Defense for Intelligence says categorically, these are not our’s. This is the coordinated rollout, for some reason. But that said, if they are here, it is a very high degree of probability they have dedicated intelligence operations launched against our governments and leadership, supported by monitoring tech documenting every aspect of the lives of the debauched degenerates who seem to be the only people we usually end up with in office. And that means a fair probability they have approached some people in government, and offered them deals to act as agents. Depending on their technological sophistication, it is even possible they could have mind-control tech that makes MK Ultra look like nothing, and they might not even bother with deals.

I tend to strongly believe the aliens will be beneficial, not harmful. When humans got nukes, aliens appeared in great numbers. Now that humans have shown willingness to use bioweapons on the entire planet, aliens seem to have upped their game, possibly pushing for full public disclosure of who they are. I hope they have infiltrated all levels of elite power and are planning to expose and correct it. The information age has shown very clearly that large numbers of humans cannot process or use information wisely. An alien race millions of years ahead of us would probably have seen similar scenarios play out on other planets and have concluded long ago that this is the best time to step in and help. If they do nothing, our chances of survival are very small.

Part Two: “Pay attention for the next thirty days. I think this… is about to get real interesting… This is a process not an event.”

What are the odds that an alien race visiting us would be using technology only 100 years ahead of ours? Why not thousands, millions, or billions of years ahead of ours? One hundred years is next to nothing on cosmic time scales. So if Elizondo is right about this claim, then: 1) the technology could be terrestrial, coming from Russia, China, or Western Europe; 2) a much more advanced alien civilization is allowing us to see only this technology and not more; and 3) the alien civilization is technologically only a few centuries ahead of us.

The third option is the least likely while the second is the most likely—an alien civilization is allowing us to see only technology we can (almost) understand. In my view, any highly advanced civilization visiting earth would almost certainly not want o harm us. They would show their hand gradually to prevent panic and confusion. Based on this reasoning, the second option again seems most likely. Since UFOs have been reliably observed since before the 1950s, it seems very unlikely the technology is a human invention.
