The House’s Jan. 6 committee has turned to a renowned former network news executive to hone a mountain of explosive material into a captivating multimedia presentation for a prime-time hearing Thursday.
James Goldston — former president of ABC News, and a master documentary storyteller who ran “Good Morning America” and “Nightline” — has joined the committee as an unannounced adviser, Axios has learned.
Why it matters: I’m told Goldston is busily producing Thursday’s 8 p.m. ET hearing as if it were a blockbuster investigative special.
He plans to make it raw enough so that skeptical journalists will find the material fresh, and chew over the disclosures in future coverage.
And he wants it to draw the eyeballs of Americans who haven’t followed the ins and outs of the Capitol riot probe.
John Thaler of Harris/Thaler Law Firm claims he uncovered absolute proof showing that the Sinaloa cartel (formerly led by El Chapo) bribes high-ranking officials in Arizona including Katie Hobbs, Adrian Fontes, Kris Mayes, etc.
The cartel allegedly uses this influence to rig Arizona’s elections, launder money using falsified trust deeds for single-family purchases, successfully traffic drugs/humans through the southern border, etc.
Thaler claims that the cartel uses intimidation tactics to silence anyone that may be a threat to their extensive racketeering. The investigator also includes a declaration showing that in October 2020, they discovered 25,000 falsified ballots at a Maricopa County residence belonging to someone they were investigating with lots of cash involved.
Thaler claims his team reviewed 120,000 documents in Arizona and found tens of thousands of direct pieces of evidence proving the allegations. This is just a snippet of a much BIGGER story that deserves all the attention. Thaler is an attorney, and I doubt he’d be bringing these allegations forward without having all the corresponding evidence

David Sacks is a key advisor to Elon Musk and one of the principal aides to Musk during the purchase and subsequent takeover of Twitter by the billionaire entrepreneur.
There has been an ongoing debate about whether Elon Musk was aware of the U.S. government and intelligence community control over Twitter prior to the purchase; with many people saying there is no way that Musk could not know given the scale of the money involved, $42 billion and the due diligence that generally follows such transactions.
However, in this interview David Sacks explicitly states Mr. Musk had no idea how much operational control and influence the government and intelligence apparatus held over the platform prior to the purchase. [Video prompted to 06:15 segment]
If Sacks is delivering an accurate assessment of the situation, then taking the issue one step further, it stands to reason that Musk has no idea what the core algorithmic code built into the platform actually consists of. Additionally, as CTH has long outlined, then Musk has no idea about the data-processing subsidy arrangement that exists on the platform as an outcome of the partnership.

Many of us can see that the West is now run by a gang that has clawed its way to the top over many decades. Their skills are ruthlessness, deceit, clandestine violence, and very importantly attacks on children. Maiming the most talented children of your enemy is the easiest way to conquer them within a few generations. Thoughtful imagination is required to see this because decades of clandestine violence against children cannot be proved outright. STOP. Right there you can see the effectiveness of attacking children. It’s easy to do and even if done on a large scale is all but impossible to prove. Children and young people can be attacked through educational misdirection, drugs, psychosurgery, harming their sensory organs, giving them harmful medical treatments, hitting their heads.
That is the foundation. As the gang built on that foundation it also helped the weaker and more obedient children; the beta children whom they knew would cooperate or at least not resist their whole-society assault when they became adults. Those students got the best grades, went to the best schools, and were hired at the best places. This is what has led to our present state in the West of huge bureaucracies populated by conspicuous mediocrities. Consider how disinclined the mediocrities of today who have prospered are to see this. Consider what a powerful hybrid warfare weapon this has been, how efficiently it has conquered its enemy. This weapon is so efficient it runs on its own steam after 20 or 30 years because once mediocrities become leaders and mentors they naturally look for mentees even less capable and more obedient than themselves. Then the cycle repeats as it spirals down.
One area where you can easily see the truth of the above is in the leadership of the invisible gang that sits at the top of the West today. Look around you. Almost everything every elite body does is ridiculously poorly planned, poorly executed, and poorly conceived. Is this because they want there to be chaos because it’s easier to stay in control if everything is a mess? Or is this because the gang itself does not have the right skill set? I think it is both. The gang is a ruthless military machine and also it is fundamentally parasitic. It can feed on the West but it cannot lead the West. This is why we also see a wild proliferation of secondary and tertiary parasitic organizations, each vying with ‘the system’ to extract as much as they can before it all crashes. Days before yesterday’s Twitter Files report about Hamilton 68, I wrote the public relations officers of bothof the sites’ parent organizations, the Alliance for Securing Democracy (ASD) and the German Marshall Fund (GMF). I told them I was in possession of the Hamilton 68 list, which purported to track “Russian influence activities.” I said I had a slew of internal Twitter documents that among other things identified their project as “bullshit.” Toward the end I added:
Given the sheer quantity of news stories sourced to Hamilton 68, this has to go down as one of the great media frauds of all time. Unless you have an explanation for how and why hundreds of non-Russians like Dennis Michael Lynch, Patrick Hennigsen, Joe Lauria, and [I inserted the name of a San Diego school board member] came to be on this list, there’s no other conclusion.

The website claims to monitor a secret list of Twitter accounts which they accused of Kremlin control, however it’s impossible to verify their claims as the group has never disclosed their methodology.
