Absurd intersection of Clinesmith, Vaughn, and Boasberg

Ex-FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith avoids prison after admitting he doctored email in investigation of Trump’s 2016 campaign. As many are pointing out, they want to give Ricky Vaughn ten years for tweeting a joke meme, but this guy goes free for trying to swindle the FISA court into laying the most intrusive surveillance possible on President Trump to overthrow him. The most significant part of this is, this judge is also a FISA judge, handpicked by John Roberts.

The Deep State must know we can see this. They do it anyway because they are trapped in their game. MSM, Big Tech, and Wall Street abet and/or control the game because it has always worked for them and they, too, are trapped. Can’t get out of it now.

The GME anti-naked short-selling crowd action may start changing the game for real, as in costing the big players real money. Mere information about fraudulent investigations, elections, and prosecutions has laid a good foundation, but so far has not been enough to make DC pay attention to anyone but itself.

A Youtube spokesperson said:

“We have demonetized The Epoch Times’ YouTube channel and affiliated channels and suspended them from the YouTube Partner Program. All channels on YouTube need to comply with our Community Guidelines and in order to monetize, channels must comply with the YouTube Partner Program policies, which include our Advertiser-Friendly Guidelines. Channels that repeatedly violate these policies are suspended from our partner program.”

No specific, factual reasons given, so we are right to guess. Is YT beholden to CCP? Is Epoch Times becoming so popular its interviews are undermining the Big Tech narrative? I post Epoch interviews from time to time because they are substantive and get right to the point. In my view, they are actually fairly vanilla and studiously avoid many crucial problems central to USA and world.

A blanket excuse for many of the suspensions and deplatformings we have been seeing recently is the “content” nebulously “promotes violence.” So a thoughtful analysis of the Capitol riot that refrains from calling it a “terrorist insurrection” or shows Antifa was involved is somehow promoting rioting at the Capitol and thus violence.

It should be clear by now that Donald Trump is and was no cult figure. He is and was not a demagogue or subject to idolization. What his supporters liked and still like are his policies which virtually all aimed at making America a healthy, well-defined, and wealthy polity whose aggregate voice would be heard and influence our government.

Cross my heart, I would be very happy with Biden if he continued Trump’s policies and went further down that road. Also, though I think he is a ridiculous president, I do not hate him and will not put a stupid hat on my head in protest or encourage burning our cities because of him or his policies.

Notice the ironic symbolism of a permanent fence around Congress (and most of their fabulous homes) while our borders fall into disrepair both legally and physically. U.S. Capitol needs permanent fencing around complex after deadly riot, acting chief says.

…At one point I learned how the President was staying involved. Periodically, Rudy Giuliani and the Mediocrity were going over to the White House to brief him. Really, no kidding: the person who was so bad my colleagues had declared they would quit rather than work another moment with that person, and the 76 year old guy who had trouble sending an email and was spending his days sloshed, were the ones explaining to the President what was going on and what his options were. At first I thought it was some kind of sick joke, but I confirmed it.  The Mediocrity and the Mayor were the ultimate point-people on the mission of stopping this world-historic task.

Flynn and I felt sick. A frequent subject of mutter between us ran along the lines, “Why the fuck are we doing this?” The president’s children were off, uninvolved, or planning retirements, or pep-rallying.  We could detect no discernible strategy out of the President’s team, no marching orders, just an organization wandering around and melting as it did so. A Mediocrity who was so bad, we had had to make special arrangements such that the Mediocrity did not have direct contact with our people, or they were going to flee. And the whole mess was led by a 76 year old gentleman, a man mujch beloved by his country, but who six weeks into what might be the most sophisticated cybertheft in all of history, could still not have a coherent conversation beyond, “Did you hear that 211 dead people in Philadelphia voted? Dead people?!?!? And they voted! Have you heard?!?”

On the last day of July, 2020 a dear friend of mine from Montana, a stolid, Native American fellow some several years my junior, visited me at my home in Utah. A few days earlier I had had surgery on my spinal chord, and he was checking in. He told me that there was a group of people, some ex-federal some not, some cyber-experts and some with other expertise, who were organizing on the subject of election fraud. My friend was adamant that I get involved and help them. My friend was quite a squared-away individual, and I took his advice and requests seriously. The next day, August 1, my friend died in a plane crash: though the coincidence is troubling, I looked into it personally (I am a multi-engine instrument land and seaplane pilot), and it does seem to me to have been the error of his instructor (who flew the plane in a box canyon without the power to climb out).

At my friend’s funeral I met some of the people he had described. A sober, quiet man with a FEMA background and a deep knowledge of biowarfare; a retired Army Colonel with a background in Military Intelligence including psyops; other men and women with backgrounds in everything from law enforcement to cyberwarfare in military context and in support of law enforcement, to (most recently) operating against human trafficking in the Southwest to…. The possibility of election fraud on a mass scale.  An industrial scale.  It turned out that there were some irregularities in the Dallas 2018 election that had spawned a network of enthusiasts on election fraud, and that had spawned this broader network. Soon some key players were dropping through and seeing me in Utah, and I, recovering from surgery, was moving around to meet them elsewhere…

Thoughtful piece on what may be coming to DC & USA

I like this kind of thinking; best we can do when facing a future even more uncertain than usual. All rational thought about large subjects is speculative, centered around important possibilities and their probabilities of happening. Clearly, there are many unknowns before us today, including prohibitions against saying what some of them are.

The link below will take you to the right page but you have to scroll down a bit to find the entry for today 01/21/2021. There is more and it is worth reading.

Biden was sworn in. I am surprised it has gone this far, given Biden now has an incredible capability to sell everything to China and damage America for more Renminbi to Hunter. I find it hard to believe a plan could not be conceived that did not require this risk.

But there are still unusual data-points, pointing away from a normal transition of power. 25,000 troops are still in a DC ringed in concertina wire and seven foot tall non-scalable fencing, and they never had to be there in the first place. There was never even supposed to be a crowd of democrat civilians to attend the inauguration. That does not point to normalcy. I have checked FlightAware, and see no signs of planes to take them home approaching DC, nobody is talking about them leaving, and one anon said their orders were to be there for one month. I do find it interesting they have set up checkpoints, and are checking IDs of people leaving, as if they were making sure that during this period, no classified data could be smuggled out by dirty actors.

The interesting aspect of it all is the troops were deployed on President Trump’s watch, and are being kept on under Biden. Possible explanations I see are Biden and Trump agree on something and are working together (highly unlikely, although not impossible if Biden’s blackmail was used by some intelligence/NatSec group to get him to acquiesce to something), or Biden lacks the power to send them home, or possibly the military/NatSec apparatus has been calling the shots all along (and still is) and they called it out and are keeping it. I do not see how Biden can’t immediately send them home, to show himself “restoring normalcy,” but it would appear he cannot or will not.

What the 26,000 Guardsmen are doing, or why 2,000 have been sworn in as Marshals, is also still a mystery, but it does not point to the same old, same old. In addition, Durham is still out there as a Special Prosecutor beyond Biden’s reach, his mandate was expanded to election fraud prior to the most fraudulent election in history, there are a raft of over 200,000 sealed indictments at last count, as shown below election audits are continuing, and there is still an election fraud case about to go before the Supreme Court. It would feel strange even if a Chinese asset, owned by Beijing through both bribes and blackmail did not just waltz into our Presidency under the nose of our National Security machinery. Probabilities have shifted, and it is now anybody’s guess which equally unlikely prediction will prove to be correct.

Is quo warranto is the legal route for Trump?

And the 9th Circuit affirmed that the federal quo warranto statute is the proper means by which a Presidential election can be challenged after the suspect POTUS is sworn in…

The law provides an answer. If President Trump refuses to initiate quo warranto, then he can never claim to have given our law and Judiciary a chance to make things right. This is the exact law enacted for this moment. And SCOTUS knows this. Perhaps it’s why they haven’t dismissed any of the election law suits still pending for mootness.

And perhaps this is why SCOTUS denied all motions to expedite yesterday. While expedition was denied, it’s important to note that SCOTUS did not dismiss the actions brought by President Trump, Lin Wood or Sidney Powell as being moot. Why didn’t SCOTUS dismiss all of the election cases as being moot? It’s a fair question. The answer must be that determinations in those cases can be used as evidence in a quo warranto action.

The pending election actions at SCOTUS do not require expedition at this time, because quo warranto can be used to oust a usurper only after they take office. This is also why these cases aren’t moot. Perhaps we will all owe SCOTUS an apology when this done. I would love to be wrong. I will get down on my knees and beg forgiveness if it plays out like this.

Let’s give the law a chance to work, America. Our nation is based on one legal document, the Constitution. It may yet save us.

The 2020 election is a battlefield in a larger war

The piece linked below makes the case that 2020 election fraud was done by foreign powers as well as Dems, the Deep State, and other globalist actors. Trump knew that was happening and used national intelligence agencies to trap the perpetrators. What we have been seeing since November is runup to eventual exposure of the crime. This seems very plausible to me.

…The problems with the U.S. election are part of a larger campaign being waged against our nation. In dealing with the vote-tampering during the election, Trump has to be mindful of everyone who was invested in it. It would be laughably inadequate at this point to imagine that the sole investors were in our Democratic Party. I doubt that the main investor is even China. It’s more likely to be a consortium of the dark-money donors who frequent Davos, Aspen, and other watering-holes, along with fixtures on the international “civil society” circuit who are mostly current or former – very senior – government officials, and now decorate think-tanks and boards of directors.

The same hands can be detected behind the Russiagate hoax, Spygate, and the escalated campaign against America mounted in 2020. My perception of what Trump has in view is that he is not trying to simply right the wrong done by vote-tampering in our 2020 election. He’s going for the center of gravity of a dispersed and hydra-headed opponent: a combination of the “Deep State,” dark-money donors, and China (and a few other foreign governments, or at least foreign Deep States). …

Lin Wood makes strong claims about famous people

Below is a summary of the main points of an interview with Lin Wood. One thing is certain: politics in the Trump era is never boing.

A sealed document in a federal court in Maryland, sealed under National Security, documents how Nancy Pelosi, Rod Rosenstein, John Podesta, and John Brennan have tapes of John Roberts talking with Podesta about who would best replace Antonin Scalia, and they were recorded before Scalia died, and apparently had foreknowledge of his death. Roberts flew on Epstein’s plane because Epstein helped him acquire his children from Wales.

Barack Obama is worth well over billion dollars, much inherited from his step-father who owned it in Halliburton stock.

Many people in this country will go to jail for treason, and the number that will be just associated with trying to steal this election from our President will be astounding.

He predicts a violent period of civil unrest as the Cabal tries to engage in violence as part of their Color Revolution plan, just like we have seen overseas, after Trump wins the Presidency.

He believes the Governor of Georgia has been taking kickbacks on Georgia purchases of Dominion voting machines and Chinese PPE orders. And the death of Harrison Deal in a car wreck, which produced an explosion that was heard by witnesses a mile away, was a message to him.

Pat Cipillone, the disloyal White House lawyer trying to thwart President Trump at every turn, drives a new luxury vehicle to the White House every two days, including a Rolls Royce.

Rosenstein, Sally Yates, and Christopher Wray all worked in the same law firm, and are corrupt.

CIA is the most corrupt organization in the country, and President Trump is about to defang them by pulling all direct-action operational capabilities from the Agency, reducing it to an organization of paper pushers. Oddly enough President Kennedy was about to do that when he was killed, and the memo, named “Memorandum 45,” sat on his desk unsigned. Lin implies President Trump set it in motion by signing that very memo.

Bill Gates is going down as well.

George Bush 41 and 43, Bill and Hillary, and Obama all ran crime families, and they ran them out of the Oval Office. He said he believes the notes given at Bush 41’s funeral said, “I’m sorry, but they know it all.”

Under the 2018 EO on voting integrity, President Trump will have the power to seize all the assets of the Fake News mainstream media once things start happening, because they have profited from trying to aid China in voter fraud.

He also points out there were reports of gunfire before the bombing, and that it is inconsistent with a lone bomber, and might indicate good guys killed the bomber before he positioned the bomb appropriately, and that is why the bomber failed to destroy the “evidence” he was trying to destroy.

Lin says he believes if the election is shown to be fraudulent, all down-ballot elections may have to be re-held.

President Trump will prove to be the greatest President in the history of the United States.
